One can for instance first place the liner in on the outer side of a rack or the like having the same form as the cross-section of the apparatus (8) shown in figure 3. Thereupon the outer container can be placed over the liner and the liner and the apparatus pressed together against the inflation pressure till one gets a folded two-gusset flexible container. In order to use this method the containers must be open in one end.
  • the present invention provides a method for producing a container into which bulk material can be filled without prior inflation at the filling site and without damaging the liner. This leads then to less rejection of containers and totally faster filling of the containers. One also avoids that the liner forms pockets which can not be utilized. Already from the moment the liner and the outer container are folded and until they are filled with bulk material they will be in such relative position which they shall have when filled.
  • the inventors also arrived at a method for manufacturing the product with an apparatus which both by itself is rational and which in addition simplified the whole process from manufacture of the flexible container till it is filled with bulk material and is ready for further transport to storage or application.

Claims (3)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung flacher, flexibler Behälter mit einer Einlage (2) aus einer undurchlässigen Bahn in einem Außenbehälter (1) aus starkem, lastaufnehmendem Material, wobei die Einlage (2) und der Außenbehälter (1) in derselben Weise der Länge nach derart gefaltet sind, daß die Zwickel der Einlage (2) in entsprechenden Zwickeln des Außenbehälters (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage (2) in einem Außenbehälter (1) angeordnet wird, die Einlage (2) aufgeblasen wird, und sowohl der Außenbehälter (1) als auch die Einlage (2) gleichzeitig zur Schaffung entsprechender längsverlaufender Zwickel gefaltet werden, wobei in der Einlage ein gewisser Überdruck aufrechterhalten wird, so daß die Zwickel der Einlage (2) überall in den Zwickeln des Außenbehälters (1) angeordnet werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Anordnen der Einlage (2) innerhalb des Außenbehälters (1) sowohl der Außenbehälter (1) als auch die Einlage (2) in einem zusammenfaltbaren Kasten oder Tunnel (8) mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, in der Mitte geteilten und aneinander angelenkten Seitenwänden (7, 7) angeordnet werden, und daß danach die Einlage (2) und der Außenbehälter (1) aufgeblasen werden, worauf die die beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (7, 7) verbindenden Seitenwände (Dach 4, Boden 5) zusammengepreßt werden, während gleichzeitig die Mittellinien der einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (7, 7) zueinandergepreßt werden, und danach der dadurch gefaltete Außenbehälter (1) samt Einlage (2) aus dem Kasten (8) herausgezogen werden.
3. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung aus einem zusammenfaltbaren Kasten oder Tunnel (8) besteht, der an den beiden, dem oberen bzw. unteren Ende dew faltbaren Behälters entsprechenden Enden offen sein kann und der eine Gruppe aus zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (7, 7) aufweist, von denen jede aus zumindest zwei längsverlaufenden Teilen (7) besteht, die miteinander und mit einer angrenzenden Seitenwand (Dach 4, Boden 5) mit Hilfe gelenkiger Verbindungsmittel (6) verbunden sind.
