Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Installationssystem mit Zwischensteckern zum mechanisch verrastbaren elektrischen Verbinden von konfektionierten Leitungen, dessen Zwischenstecker jeweils als im wesentlichen flacher Körper mit Steckstiften an seinem einen Ende und mit Steckbuchsen an seinem anderen Ende ausgebildet sind und zusätzliche Steckabgänge ermöglicht.
- Bei einem bekannten Installationssystem mit Zwischensteckern können konfektionierte Leitungen am einen Ende des Zwischensteckers an Steckstiften und am anderen Ende an Steckbuchsen in Durchgangsverbindungen angeschlossen werden. Der Zwischenstecker ermöglicht an seinem Rücken, weitere Stecker von Stromverbrauchern anzuschließen-(DE-PS 27 41 798 = VPA 77 P 4050).
- Es ist auch bekannt, durch einen Zwischenstecker vorgefertigte Schaltverbindungen zwischen Schaltern und Verbrauchern auch zu mehreren Leitungen herzustellen (DE-GM 81 27 698 = VPA 81 G 4043). Hierzu wird die Verbindungsschaltung durch in einen Anschlußrahmen einsteckbare Bauteile gebildet bzw. teilweise nach konventioneller Art hergestellt. Derartige Installationssysteme sind in verschiedenartigen Ausführungen bekannt (DE-PS 12 99 059).
- Um Steckverbindungen für Verbraucher an einer jeweiligen Bedarfsstelle zu ermöglichen, verwendet man bei einem anderen bekannten Installationssystem Stromschienen, zwischen denen Kontaktkörper mit Leitungsabgängen, beispielsweise nach Art von Steckern, verschieblich angeordnet werden können (DE-PS 845 068). Es ist auch bekannt, steckdosenartige Bausteine in einem zusammensteckbaren schienenartigen System an der Stelle anzuordnen, wo Steckabgänge gewünscht werden.
- Derartigen Installationssystemen liegt der Wunsch zugrunde, die Montage zu vereinfachen und das Umrüsten und Nachrüsten von Anlagen zu ermöglichen bzw. zu vereinfachen. Auf der anderen Seite erfordern solche Installationssysteme systemeigene Steckanschlüsse, weshalb sie sich in ein konventionelles Installationssystem schlecht integrieren lassen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Installa-` tionssystem zu entwickeln, das die Vorteile der montagegünstigen, änderungsfreundlichen und variablen Installationssysteme mit konfektionierten Leitungen auch für konventionelle Installationssysteme zu nutzen erlaubt.
- Die Lösung der geschilderten Aufgabe besteht nach der Erfindung darin, daß zumindest ein Zwischenstecker in eine Ausnehmung in der Wand einer Installationsdose einpaßt und zwischen seinen Steckstiften und seinen Steckbuchsen flexible Anschlußleiter aufweist, die mit seinen Verbindungsleitern von Steckstiften zu Steckbuchsen in elektrischer Verbindung stehen.
- Eine Steckdose konventioneller Art kann in einem nachträglich oder vorgefertigt ausgebildeten Ausschnitt den Zwischenstecker aufnehmen, an dessen flexiblen Anschlußleitern ein übliches Installationsgerät, beispielsweise ein Steckdosensockel, angeschlossen werden kann. Dieser Steckdosensockel, oder ein anderer Gerätesockel eines Installationsgerätes, kann an der Installationsdose in herkömmlicher Weise befestigt werden. Am freiliegenden Ende des Zwischensteckers kann man konfektionierte Leitungen anstecken. Wenn der Zwischenstecker in miteinander fluchtenden seitlichen Ausnehmungen in der Wand einer Installationsdose üblicher Abmessung einpaßt, in der er mit Rastmitteln gehalten werden kann, so lassen sich damit Steckleisten oder Installationen nach Art von Ringleitungen aufbauen.
- Der Zwischenstecker kann ein Gehäuse aus Kunststoff aufweisen, das im wesentlichen aus zwei durch ein Scharnier miteinander verbundenen Kunststoffschalen bestehen kann. Ein solches Scharnier kann nach Art eines Filmangußscharniers ausgebildet sein. Der Zwischenstecker kann günstigerweise so ausgebildet sein, daß er zum formschlüssigen Aufnehmen von Stiftstecker- und Buchsensteckervorrichtungen geeignet ist. Dadurch wird seine Herstellung erleichtert.
- Es ist günstig, wenn der Zwischenstecker zwischen seinen Enden eingesattelt ist und die flexiblen Anschlußleiter an der Einsattlung trägt. Dadurch werden die flexiblen Anschlußleiter beim Einführen des Zwischensteckers in eine Installationsdose geschont.
- Eine Installationsdose üblicher Abmessung, die für das Installationssystem besonders geeignet ist, kann in ihren Wänden Vorprägungen in der Form der Ausnehmungen aufweisen. Eine solche Installationsdose ist für das erfindungsgemäße Installationssystem besonders geeignet und sie ermöglicht andererseits auch eine konventionelle Verdrahtung.
- Die Erfindung soll nun anhand von in der Zeichnung schematisch wiedergegebenen Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert werden:
- In Fig. 1 ist ein Installationssystem mit Zwischenstecker und eine Installationsdose veranschaulicht, durch deren eine Ausnehmung der Zwischenstecker in Pfeilrichtung hindurchpaßt und in die andere Ausnehmung einpaßt.
- In Fig. 2 ist nach Art einer Explosionsdarstellung veranschaulicht, wie zwei mit Zwischensteckern vormontierte Installationsdosen zu einer Doppeldose zusammengesteckt und auf einer Tragschiene gemeinsam gehalten werden können.
- In Fig. 3 ist eine mit Zwischenstecker vormontierte Installationsdose mit einer anders angeordneten Ausnehmung für sich wiedergegeben.
- In Fig. 4 ist eine Installationsdose mit eingesetztem Zwischenstecker und Steckdosensockel herkömmlicher Art dargestellt, die auf einer Tragschiene angeordnet ist. Die seitlich zugeordneten Stecker konfektionierter Leitungen veranschaulichen, wie eine Ringleitung hergestellt werden kann.
- In Fig. 5 ist veranschaulicht, wie Einfachsteckdosen und spezielle Doppelsteckdosen eines Unterflursystems unter Verwendung des gleichen Zwischensteckers elektrisch und mechanisch verbunden werden können.
- Das Installationssystem nach Fig. 1 besteht aus einem Zwischenstecker 1 und aus einer Installationsdose 2. Der Zwischenstecker ist im wesentlichen als flacher Körper ausgebildet, der an seinem einen Ende mit Steckstiften 3 und an seinem anderen Ende mit Steckbuchsen 4 versehen ist. Der Zwischenstecker läßt sich in eine Ausnehmung 5 in der Wand der Installationsdose 2 einführen. Zwischen seinen Steckstiften 3 und seinen Steckbuchsen 4 weist der Zwischenstecker 1 flexible Anschlußleiter 7 auf. Diese stehen mit seinen inneren Verbindungsleitern von Steckstiften 3 zu Steckbuchsen 4 in elektrischer Verbindung. Der Zwischenstecker 1 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel für einphasiges System mit zusätzlichem Schutzleiter veranschaulicht. An der Installationsdose 2 können Befestigungsmittel für die Dose selbst und für aufzunehmende Gerätesockel ausgebildet sein. Zum Befestigen der Dose sind Schnappränder 8 ausgebildet, mit denen die Installationsdose auf Tragschienen befestigt werden kann. ,
- Verständlicherweise kann man die Installationsdose 2 auch mit bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Befestigen in Hohl- wänden'versehen, sie also als Hohlwanddose ausbilden. Derartige Vorrichtungen erlauben es, die Installationsdose an einer dünnen Abschlußwand anzuklammern oder auch an dickeren Wandplatten anzuklemmen. An den Schrauben 10 in den Schraubenhaltern 9, die in Ausnehmungen 11 in der Wand der Installationsdose 2 eingesteckt werden können, lassen sich Gerätesockel von Installationsgeräten mit ihren Hängebügeln befestigen. Die Installationsdose 2 hat hierfür in ihren Wänden Ausnehmungen 11 mit Schlitzen, in die sich die Schenkel U-förmiger Schraubenhalter 9 einsetzen lassen.
- Der Zwischenstecker 1 kann in die miteinander fluchtenden seitlichen Ausnehmungen 5 und 6 in der Wand der Installationsdose 2 üblicher Abmessung eingesetzt und mit Rastmitteln darin arretiert werden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel paßt der Zwischenstecker 1 durch die eine der fluchtenden Ausnehmungen 5 hindurch und verrastet hinter der Wand der Installationsdose mittels einer Rastnase 12. In der anderen Ausnehmung 6 in der Wand der Installationsdose findet der Zwischenstecker einen Führungsrand. Im Ausführungsbeispiel paßt die Wand der Installationsdose am Rand der Ausnehmung 6 in einen Führungsrand 13 des Zwischensteckers 1.
- Der Zwischenstecker 1 kann ein Gehäuse aus zweidurch ein Scharnier 14 miteinander verbundenen Kunststoffschalen 15 und 15a aufweisen. Der Zwischenstecker 1 läßt sich günstig fertigen, wenn das Gehäuse zum formschlüssigen Aufnehmen von Stiftstecker- 16 und Buchsensteckervorrichtungen 17 ausgebildet ist.
- Der Zwischenstecker 1 ist zwischen seinen Enden eingesattelt und trägt an der Einsattlung die flexiblen Anschlußleiter 7. Dadurch schont man die Anschlußleiter 7, wenn der Zwischenstecker 1 in eine Installationsdose 2 eingeführt wird.
- Eine Installationsdose 2 üblicher Abmessung kann in ihren Wänden Vorprägungen in der Form der Ausnehmungen 5, 6 für den Zwischenstecker 1 aufweisen.
- Mehrere Installationsdosen 2 lassen sich mittels eingeführter Zwischenstecker 1 anreihen, wie es in Fig. 2 veranschaulicht ist. Die Installationsdosen lassen sich hierbei in Pfeilrichtung 18 nach Fig. 2 elektrisch.und mechanisch zusammenstecken. Der mechanischen Verrastung dienen Rastarme 19 und Rastaufnahmen 20. Die mechanisch und elektrisch zusammengefügten Installationsdosen können zuvor oder nachträglich auf einer Tragschiene 21 eines Installationskanals aufgeschnappt werden. Verständlicherweise können die Installationsdosen auch in einer der vielen anderen gängigen Befestigungsarten in Gebäuden oder Installationskanälen montiert werden.
- Die Installationsdose 2 nach Fig. 3 weist einen hochkant eingeführten Zwischenstecker 1 auf, indessen die Installationsdosen nach den Fig. 1 und 2 flach am Boden eingeführte Zwischenstecker aufnehmen können. Die Schnappränder 8 können zumindest auf einer Seite wieder durch einen Zugarm 22 von einer Tragschiene gelöst werden.
- In der Installationsdose 2 nach Fig. 4 ist mittels eines Zwischensteckers 1 ein Steckdosensockel 23 elektrisch angeschlossen. Mechanisch ist der Steckdosensockel 23 mit seinem Hängebügel 24 an den Schrauben 10 von Schraubenhaltern 9 befestigt. Einer elektrischen Durchverbindung der mit einem Steckdoseneinsatz vormontierten Installationsdose 2 dienen konfektionierte Leitungen 25 und 26, die mit ihren Schnellmontagesteckern am Zwischenstecker 1 in Pfeilrichtung 40 mechanisch verrastend angeschlossen werden können. Der Verrastung dienen Rastarme 19 und Rastaufnahmen 20. Ein besonderer Vorteil liegt darin, daß die Installationsdose fabrikseitig bestückt und somit konfektioniert werden kann. Ein Verbraucher hat dann lediglich noch konfektionierte Leitungen 25 und 26 anzustecken und abschließend eine übliche Abdeckung, im Ausführungsbeispiel eine Steckdosenabdeckung, aufzusetzen.
- Das erfindungsgemäßeinstallationssystem läßt sich verständlicherweise variieren, so daß auch andere Geräteeinheiten miteinander verbunden werden können, was anhand von Fig. 5 für verschiedenartige Steckdosen einer Unterflurinstallation veranschaulicht wird. Solche Steckdosen 32 und Doppelsteckdosen 33 sind am Boden von Näpfchen angeordnet; sie sind in Dosen eines Unterflursystems eingesetzt vorzustellen. Der elektrischen Verbindung dienen wieder Zwischenstecker 1 und konfektionierte Leitungen 25. Eine solche Unterflurinstallation können auch nur mechanisch geschulte und nur angelernte Monteure verlegen.
- Das erfindugsgemäße Installationsystem läßt sich mit denselben allgemeinen Vorteilen, verbunden gegebenenfalls mit besonderen Vorteilen spezieller Anwendung, nicht nur in Wänden, Unterflur oder in Decken oder in Installationskanälen oder im Fertigbau einsetzen, sondern es ermöglicht auch dem Laien vielfältige Anwendungsgebiete.
