Claims (8)

1. Procédé pour exécuter des peintures en deux ou plus de deux couleurs, dans lequel une première peinture (3) est déposée sur au moins une partie d'un substrat (2), en particulier sur une partie d'une carrosserie de véhicule automobile et, ensuite, une deuxième peinture et éventuellement une autre peinture (4) de couleur différente est ou sont déposée(s) sur d'autres parties prédéterminées du substrat (2) et les dépôts de peinture sont durcis par cuisson, et dans lequel il existe des zones limites entre la première peinture (3) et la deuxième ou les autres peintures de couleur différente (4), cararactérisé en ce que la deuxième ou éventuellement l'autre peinture (4) d'une couleur différente est ou sont déposée(s) sans cuisson intermédiaire de la première peinture (3), sur les autres parties prédéterminées du substrat (2), avec utilisation d'une pulvérisation électrostatique sur les arêtes immobiles du pulvérisateur, avec transport électrostatique des particules de peinture, et en ce qu'après l'application de la première peinture (3, 4) tous les dépôts de peinture sont durcis ensemble par cuisson.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le comportement d'étalement des particules de peinture éjectées de l'arête de pulvérisateur fixe dans le champ électrostatique est influencé par des électrodes auxiliaires (5).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, pendant l'opération de pulvérisation, le champ électrostatique est modifié par déplacement des électrodes auxiliaires (5).
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le substrat à peindre est une carrosserie de véhiculé automobile, caractérisé en ce que la région de la transition de peinture entre les différentes teintes de peinture est dissimulée par un élément approprié.
5. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procède selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel, au moyen d'organes de pulvérisation (1) ou de groupes d'organes de pulvérisation (1) disposés l'un à la suite de l'autre dans la direction du travail, et qui servent à appliquer une peinture sur un substrat (2), une première peinture (3) est appliquée sur au moins une partie du substrat (2) et, ensuite, une deuxième et éventuellement une autre peinture (4) de couleur différente sont déposées sur d'autres parties du substrat (2) et les applications de peinture sont durcies par cuisson, et dans lequel il existe des régions limites entre la première peinture (3) et la deuxième ou les autres peintures de couleur différente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le dernier organe de pulvérisation (1) ou le dernier groupe d'organes de pulvérisation présente ou présentent une arête de pulvérisateur immobile pour la pulvérisation électrostatique des particules de peinture, cependant que la fente de projection (9) formée par l'arête de pulvérisateur immobile présente son axe longitudinal de fente (x-x) sensiblement perpendiculairement à la normale (11) à la surface du substrat (2) à peindre.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la fente de pulvérisation (9) présente son axe longitudinal de fente (x-x) sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan défini par la direction de la normale à la surface présente aux limites des tons de peinture et par la direction du mouvement du substrat qui passe au droit de la fente de projection.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par des électrodes auxiliaires (5) qui sont disposées entre la fente de pulvérisation (9) et le substrat (2) et sont mobiles en position.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les électrodes auxiliaires (5) peuvent être déplacées pendant l'opération de pulvérisation.
