Indeed, certain agro-food preparations require either constant monitoring of the state of the products in preparation or a control of the degree of their evolution or an addition in predetermined phases of the operation of other products or ingredients during operation devices, while the presence of this mechanical safety device hinders or prohibits this monitoring or this introduction of products or ingredients.
- this mechanical safety device in the form of a grid or an element with a complicated structure hardly lends itself to easy maintenance of essential hygiene for the devices used in the agro-food industries.
