Claims (6)

1. Befestigungsvorrichtung für Schutzhelme für Motorradfahrer und andere, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein Abreissen des Helmes im Falle eines Schlages zu vermeiden und eine automatische Stabilisierung beim Aufsetzen zu gewährleisten, wobei sie einen vorderen beweglichen Kinnriemen (1 der mit einem hinteren beweglichen Bügel (2) kombiniert ist, umfasst, wobei diese beiden Elemente (1) und (2) solidarisch voneinander angeordnet sind und in ihrer Bewegung synchronisiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Kinnriemen (1) sich um zwei im Innern des Helmes (20) gelegene feste Punkte dreht und dass sich der hintere Bügel (2) ebenfalls um diese beiden festen Punkte (4) dreht, wobei diese beiden Elemente (1) und (2) in ihrer Bewegung durch zwei Stifte (5, 5') die im Innern des Kinnriemens angeordnet sind und die in Längslöcher (6, 6') im hinteren Bügel einmünden, synchronisiert werden.
2. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kinnriemen (1) mit einer Dämpfungsgarnitur (7) versehen ist, und dass der hintere Bügel (2) mit einem Dämpfungsbelag (8) versehen ist.

Vorrichtung gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung für die doppelte Verriegelung aus einem Zahnsektor (9) mit einer Zentrierungsöffnung ( 10), in welcher sich die Schraube (11) zur Befestigung des Stiftes (3) auf das Gehäuse (20) befindet, besteht, wobei der Sektor (9) anderweitig solidarisch mit dem Gehäuse (20) verbunden ist.
4. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (9) mit einer Zahnstange (12), deren Radius demjenigen des Grundkreisbogens entspricht, versehen ist.

Vorrichtung gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kinnriemen mit einer Nut (13, 13') mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, welche sich in der Achse der Drehstifte (14, 14') befindet, versehen ist, in welcher der Riegel (15), der mit einem Ausschnitt (16), von welchem eine Seite eine Verzahnung (17) aufweist und die andere eine glatte und kreisbogenförmige Rampe (18), deren Radius leicht grösser ist als der entsprechende Radius der Basis des Stückes (9), versehen ist, gleitet.
6. Vorrichtung gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sich in der Nut (13) befindende Riegel (15) der Wirkung der Federn (19) unterliegt.
