Claims (11)

1. Serrure pour une porte, un capot ou un organe analogue d'un véhicule automobile, comportant un pêne (3), de préférence un loquet monté pivotant, un cliquet de blocage (4) bloquant le pêne (3) dans la position fermée, au moins une tige d'actionnement (5) pour le loquet (3) et le cliquet de blocage (4), et un moteur auxiliare (6) tournant uniquement dans un sens de rotation et réalisé de préférence sous la forme d'un moteur électrique et muni éventuellement d'une transmission, et dans laquelle le moteur auxiliaire (6) est relié, sur le côté mené, à un bras de manivelle (7) et ce bras de manivelle (7) est articule de façon à pouvoir pivoter sur la tige d'actionnement (5), le pêne (3) peut être amené au moyen du moteur auxiliaire (6) depuis une position de pré-fermeture dans une position de fermeture principale et inversement et au moins deux points d'arrêt (1, III), sont prévus pour le moteur auxiliaire (6), caractérisée en ce que la tige d'actionnement (5) est réalisée sous la forme d'un organe de protection contre les surcharges ou est equipée d'un organe (8) de protection contre les surcharges et que, dans le cas du dépassement d'une force de compression ou d'une force de traction déterminée, la tige d'actionnement (5) peut être rétractée ou déployée à partir de sa longueur normale de travail jusqu'à une longueur de surcharge.
2. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tige d'actionnement (5) peut être rétractée ou déployée de façon télescopique.
3. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de protection contre les surcharges est réalisé sous la forme d'un ressort hélicoïdal.
4. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en que l'organe (8) de protection contre les surcharges est réalisé sous ta forme d'un ressort pneumatique de pression réglé sur une pression déterminée de déclenchement ou analogue.
5. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de protection contre les surcharges est réalisé sous la forme d'un accouplement patinant.
6. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (3) peut être bloqué aussi bien dans la position de pré-fermeture que dans la position de fermeture principale par le cliquet de blocage (4) et que les points d'arrêt (1, 11) du moteur auxiliaire (6) sont prévus entre le point mort haut et le point mort bas du bras de manivelle (7) relié au moteur auxiliaire (6).
7. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque le point d'arrêt (II) associé ou succédant à la position de fermeture principale est atteint, il se produit un débranchement du moteur auxiliaire (6) même lorsque le pêne (3) n'a pas encore atteint la position de fermeture principale.
8. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une exploration et un affichage électriques ou électroniques de la position effective du cliquet de blocage (4), et également éventuellement du pêne.
9. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un point d'arrêt intermédiaire (111), qui correspond à la position d'ouverture du cliquet de blocage (4) est prévu entre les points d'arrêt (1, 11) et que le moteur auxiliaire (6) peut être branché pour la poursuite du déplacement à partir du point d'arrêt intermédiaire (III) jusqu'au point d'arrêt (1) qui est associé ou succède à la position de préfermeture, uniquement après fermeture de la porte (1), du capot ou analogue.

Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un disque à coulisse pivotant, en forme de segment de cercle (11), qui est articulé, au niveau de son extrémité (13) distante de l'axe de pivotement (12), de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur la tige d'actionnement (5), que le disque à coulisse (11) comporte un trou allongé en forme d'arc de cercle (14) et qu'un ergot d'entraînement (15) d'une coulisse auxiliaire (16) actionnant le pêne (3) s'engage dans le trou allongé (14), à une extrémité de ce dernier, et qu'un organe d'entraînement (17) du cliquet de blocage (4) s'engage dans le trou allongé, au niveau de l'autre extrémité de ce dernier.
11. Serrure pour porte de véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un interrupteur de sécurité, qui répond lorsque la porte (1), le capot ou analogue est dans une position suffisamment fermée et que le moteur auxiliaire (6) ne peut être branché que lorsque l'interrupteur de sécurité a répondu.
