Claims (5)

1. Verbindungsvorrichtung zwischen einer Rohrplatte (1) und einem Vorratsbehälter (5) eines Wärmetauschers, welche mindestens eine Klammer (7) aufweist, die sich unter dem Boden einer umfangsseitigen Auskehlung (3) der Rohrplatte sowie über einem umfangsseitigen Abstützbereich (6) des Vorratsbehälters mit Hilfe von durch Einschnitte (12,13) getrennten Klammerabschnitten abstützt, wobei die Klammer derart vorgeformt ist, dass sie obere Klammerabschnitte (9) und untere Klammerabschnitte (10) aufweist, die derart im Abstand voneinander angeordnet liegen, dass eine Dichtung (4), die zwischen der Rohrplatte und dem Vorratsbehälter liegt, gedrückt wird und die oberen Klammerabschnitte (9) eine Länge aufweisen, die es ermöglicht, das sie sich auf dem grössten Teil des umfangsseitigen Abstützbereichs (6) des Vorratsbehälters abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unteren Klammerabschnitte (10) etwas grösser sind, so dass sie sich auf dem grössten Teil der Fläche des Bodens (1a) des die Auskehlung (3) begrenzenden Rohrplattenteils erstreckt, ohne bis zum aufsteigenden Rand (1b) dieser Auskehlung vorzuspringen, und dass die genannte Klammer (7) mindestens einen unteren Klammerabschnitt (11) aufweist, dessen Länge grösser ist als die Breite des Bodens (1a) der Auskehlung der Rohrplatte, die über ihn vorspringt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klammer eine Rückwand (8) von regelmässiger Höhe h aufweits, welche den Boden der Einschnitte (12, 13) begrenzt, die die oberen Klammerabschnitte (9) und unteren Klammerabschnitte (10, 11) voneinander trennen, wobei sich diese Einschnitte in einem Krümmungsbereich (14, 15) erstrecken, welcher die genannten Klammerabschnitte mit der Rückwand verbindet.
3. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen einer Rohrplatte (1) und einem Vorratsbehälter (5) eines Wärmetauschers, bei welchem die Verbindung mittels einer vorgeformten Klammer (7) erfolgt, die sich unter einer umfangsseitigen Auskehlung (3) der Rohrplatte und über einen umfangsseitigen Abstützbereich des Wasserkasten abstützt, der die Rohrplatte abdeckt, wobei die Klammer die Rohrplatte gegen eine Dichtung drückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Druckeinwirkung zwischen der Rohrplatte (1) und dem Vorratsbehälter (5) ausübt, um die diese Teile trennende Dichtung zusammenzudrücken, dass man die Klammer (7) durch eine Gleitbewegung in ihren Platz eingringt, damit sie sich einerseits auf dem umfangsseitigen Abstützbereich (6) des Vorratsbehälters und andererseits gegen den Boden (1a) der umfangsseitigen Auskehlung der Rohrplatte abstütz, dass man die Klammer mit der Rohrplatte verriegelt, nachdem sie durch eine Gleitbewegung an ihren Platz gebracht wird und dass zur Durchführung der Verriegelung der Klammer mit der Rohrplatte die Klammer mit mindestens einem unteren Klammerabschnitt (11) ausgestaltet wird, dessen Länge grösser als die Breite der umfangsseitigen Auskehlung (3) der Rohrplatte (1) ist und dass der Endbereich dieser Klammer gegen den Innenrand (1 b) der Rohrplatte umgeschlagen wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Öffnungen oder Einschnitte (12, 13) in den oberen Klammerabschnitten (9) und den unteren Klammerabschnitten (10, 11) vorsieht und dass man eine Druckeinwirkung zwischen der Rohrplatte und dem Vorratsbehälter mit Hilfe von Zähnen (16,18) von Kammelementen (17, 19) ausübt, die si'ch gegen die Rohrplatte und den Vorratsbehälter abstützen und durch die Einschnitte (12, 13) hindurchtreten.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endbereich eines jeden unteren langen Klammerabschnitts (11) umgeschlagen wird, während die Rückwand (8) der durch eine Gleitbewegung an ihrem Platz gebrachten Klammer durch einen kontinuierlichen Randbereich eines Bördelkamms (20) gehalten wird.
