Claims (9)
- Abgeschirmtes Verbindungsgehäuse, bei dem eines der Gehäuseteile (1,2) an seinem Umfang mehrere elastische Kontaktblätter (5) aufweist, die elektrisch miteinander sowie mit dem sie tragenden Gehäuseteil verbunden sind und sich bei der Verbindung gegen das andere Gehäuseteil anlegen, wobei jede Kontaktfeder (5) sich im wesentlichen in der Richtung der Relativbewegung der beiden Gehäuseteile (1,2) bei der Verbindung erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kontaktfeder (5) durch eine dünne, U-förmig gebogene Blattfeder aus Metall gebildet wird, deren freier Endbereich (5a) sich derart an das sie tragende Gehäuseteil (1) anlegt, daß er den Nutzbereich (5b) der Kontaktfeder (5) elastisch nach außen in Kontakt mit dem genannten anderen Gehäuseteil (2) drückt, wobei die Kontaktfedern (5) einer Gegenplatte (7) zugeordnet sind, die ihre Befestigung an dem Gehäuseteil (1) gewährleistet.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfedern (5) aus einem Metallstreifen hergestellt sind, deren die Kontaktfedern tragender Abschnitt die Form eines durchgehenden Streifens (9) hat und durch Klammern, Löten, Kleben oder Quetschen an der Gegenplatte (7) befestigt ist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenplatte (7) mit Öffnungen (11) versehen ist, die den Durchtritt des Nutzbereichs (5b) der Kontaktfedern (5) gestatten.
- Gehäuse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umgebogene freie Endbereich (5a) seitliche Verlängerungen (5c) aufweist, die über die Öffnungen (11) der Gegenplatte (7) hinausragen, um ein Ablösen der Kontaktfedern (5) von dem Gehäuseteil (1), an dem sie befestigt sind, zu verhindern, und um dafür zur sorgen, daß sie sich nur verformen, wenn man auf sie eine Kraft ausübt, die einen vorbestimmten Wert übersteigt, der den Kontaktdruck bestimmt.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfedern und die Gegenplatte (7) mit Zentriermitteln (10,12) versehen sind, um sie korrekt relativ zueinander zu positionieren.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenplatte (7) an dem Gehäuseteil (1) durch Klammern. Löten, Kleben oder Quetschen befestigt ist.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfedern (5) doppelt sind, wobei eine in Richtung der Verbindungsbewegung und die andere entgegengesetzt gerichtet ist, so daß auf derselben Mantellinie zwei gleichzeitige oder aufeinanderfolgende Kontakte hergestellt werden.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfedern (5) in den Zonen, in denen sie mit dem Gehäuseteil (2) in Kontakt treten, an dem sie nicht befestigt sind, einen leicht gewölbten Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Gegenplatte (7) miteinander verschweißt, verklammert oder verklebt sind, um die Kontaktfedern und die Gegenplatte mit dem Gehäuseteil (1) zu verbinden.
