Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zum Einfassen einer Sammelplatte eines Wärmetauschers auf einem Wasserbehälter, bei welchem ein abstehender Umfangsrand vorgesehen ist, um einen überdicken Bereich einzufassen, der den Wasserbehälter begrenzt, mit einer weichelastischen, zwischen dem Wasserbehälter und einer durch die Sammelplatte gebildete Auskehlung verformbaren Dichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Umfangsrand (9) oberhalb einer Schwächungslinie (11) Wellungen (12) erzeugt, die nach aussen vorspringen und zwischen sich Bereiche (13) freilassen, dass man den Umfangsrand (9) in eine Vorrichtung (15) bringt, welche zum Einsetzen dienende Wände (18) aufweist, deren Abstand dem Abstand der Aussenseite der verschiedenen ebenen Seiten der Umfangsränder (9) der Sammelplatte (5) entspricht, dass man in die Auskehlung (9) der Sammelplatte die verformbare Dichtung (14) einlegt, dass man den Wasserbehälter derart einbringt, dass ein Fuss (3) desselben gegen die Dichtung anliegt, und dass man auf den Wasserbehälter einen Druck ausübt, durch welchen die Dichtung zunächst verformt und anschliessend die vorspringenden Wellungen (12) und die zwischen ihnen liegenden Abschnitte (13) gegen einen Randabschnitt (4) des Wasserbehälters umgebördelt werden, während gleichzeitig die verformbare Dichtung (14) weiterhin unter Druck gehalten wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächungslinie (11) erzeugt wird, indem man Löcher oder Öffnungen (10) im abstehenden Umfangsrand der Sammelplatte auf einem solchen Niveau bildet, dass die Kante des Randabschnittes (4) des Wasserbehälters oder die Oberseite der Klauen (21) dieses Randabschnittes (4) in diesen Löchern oder Öffnungen (10) eingeschlossen werden.
3. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zähne (21) im Wasserbehälter (1) gebildet werden, die zumindest einigen der Löcher oder Öffnungen (10) entsprechen, welche die Schwächungslinie begrenzen, und die Löcher oder Öffnungen eine runde, längliche, rechteckige oder trapezförmige Gestalt haben und die Zähne eine geringere Breite als die Löcher oder Öffnungen aufweisen.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Spalt, eine Einkerbung oder eine Wellung (22) in jedem abstehenden Umfangsrand vorgesehen ist, die sich bis zur Nachbarschaft der Schwächungslinie (11) erstreckt.
