Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour sécher des bandes de matière qui défilent dans des séchoirs fonctionnant au moyen d'air neuf,d'air de recirculation et d'air d'échappement, dans lequel l'arrivée de l'air qui est conduit à travers l'enceinte de traitement dans la même direction que la bande de matière, ou sensiblement dans la même direction que cette bande, s'effectue au début de l'enceinte de traitement, alors que l'extraction de l'air d'échappement n'a lieu que dans la partie postérieure de l'enceinte de traitement, et dans lequel, entre l'arrivée et l'extraction de l'air de l'enceinte de traitement, on effectue à plusieurs reprises une insufflation d'air sur la bande de matière et à chaque fois une extraction d'air en regard de la bande de matière, caractérisé en ce que l'air ainsi insufflé à plusieurs reprises sur la bande de matière subit à chaque fois un réchauffage.
  2. Le procédé selon la demande 1 est caractérisé par un préchauffage de l'air frais avant l'introduction de l'air frais dans le séchoir.
  3. Le procédé selon la demande 2 est caractérisé par l'addition de l'air extrait prélevé du séchoir pour le préchauffage de l'air frais introduit dans le séchoir.
  4. Le procédé selon la demande 2 est caractérisé par le transfert thermique indirect de l'air extrait prélevé du séchoir pour le préchauffage de l'air frais introduit dans le séchoir.
  5. Le procédé selon l'une des demandes 1 à 4 est caractérisé par le réglage de l'extraction de l'air du séchoir en cas d'une teneur en humidité importante.
  6. Séchoir pour l'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant un corps (13) et des organes pour guider la bande de matière à traiter (10) à travers une enceinte de traitement (11) ménagée dans le corps du séchoir, et des moyens de séchage prévus pour opérer avec de l'air neuf, de l'air de recirculation et de l'air d'échappement,dans lequel l'arrivée (14,15) de l'air neuf conduit à travers l'enceinte de traitement du séchoir dans la même direction - ou sensiblement dans la même direction - que la bande de matière s'effectue dans la partie antérieure du séchoir, alors que l'extraction de l'air d'échappement n'a lieu que dans la partie postérieure du séchoir, caractérisé en ce que le corps (13) du séchoir comporte des organes pour assurer à plusieurs reprises l'insufflation de l'air, réchauffé à chaque fois,sur la bande de matière (10), et en ce que sont prévues à cet effet plusieurs zones de séchage (17) de configuration identique, disposées à la suite l'une de l'autre, pour être traversées par la bande de matière (10), et comportant des buses de soufflage, des groupes de buses ou des corps de buses (12), entre lesquels sont placés des postes de reprise pour la circulation de l'air.
  7. Le séchoir selon demande 6 est caractérisé par l'introduction de l'air frais dans la zone de traitement (11) du séchoir ce qui se fait par la fente d'entrée (14) pour la bande de matière (10) dans la carcasse du séchoir (13).
  8. Le séchoir selon demande 6 est caractérisé par la prise d'air spéciale (15) prévue à la partie avant de la carcasse du séchoir (13) pour l'alimentation de l'air frais.
  9. Le séchoir selon l'une des demandes 6 à 8 est caractérisé par les souffleries d'air circulant (22) prévues pour la conduite de l'air circulant à l'intérieur de la zone de traitement (11) sur la bande de matière (10).
  10. Le séchoir selon l'une des demandes 6 à 8 est caracterisé par les conduites de raccordement extérieures spéciales (16) avec souffleries (22) pour la conduite d'air circulant afin de l'extraire de la bande de matière (10) pour le réalimenter à la bande de matière sur la carcasse du séchoir (13).
  11. Le séchoir selon l'une des demandes 6 à 10 est caractérisé par l'extraction (21, 23) de l'air de la zone de traitement (11) à la fin du traitement ce qui s'effectue dans le dernier compartiment de séchoir.
  12. Le séchoir selon l'une des demandes 6 à 10 est caractérisé par l'extraction (21) de l'air de la zone de traitement (11) devant le dernier compartiment de séchoir (17).
