Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Wärmeaustauscheroberflächen aus Aluminium, die mit einem korrosionsschützenden Überzug versehen sind, wird zur Auf­ bringung eines festhaftenden hydrophilen Überzuges der kor­ rosionsschützende Überzug mit einer Dispersion, die Toner­ de-Feinpartikel, vorzugsweise mit einer Teilchengröße von 1 bis 100 Nanometer, enthält, nachbehandelt.
Die Dispersion kann zusätzlich Tensid, Feinpartikel aus Kieselsäure oder Silikat und/oder wasserlösliches Kunstharz enthalten. Das Gewicht der durch die Nachbehandlung er­ zeugten Schicht sollte 0,01 bis 5 g/m², vorzugsweise von 0,1 bis 1 g/m² (in trockenem Zustand), betragen.
