Claims (7)

1. Procédé de désulfuration dans la fusion de fonte brute dans une couche de lit fluidisé de charbon, caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit l'agent de désulfuration en morceaux et en grains dans la couche de lit fluidisé de charbon et dans la couche de laitier, en ce que la fraction d'agent de désulfuration pour la couche de lit fluidisé de charbon est introduite à une granulométrie de 0,5 -5 mm et la fraction d'agent de désulfuration pour le laitier à une granulométrie de 5-50 mm et en ce que la fraction d'agent de désulfuration en morceaux dans le mélange total est choisie inférieure ou égale à 50% en poids.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme agents de désulfuration le manganèse, le calcium, le magnésium, les bases ou les terres rares sous forme d'oxydes, de carbures, de carbonates, d'alliages ou sous forme métallique.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la fraction en grains et en morceaux de l'agent de désulfuration est introduite au dessus de la couche de flit fluidisé de charbon ou latéralement dans celle-ci.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de désulfuration est introduit avec le charbon, les additifs ou les matières de recyclage.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de désulfuration est introduit au moins en partie sous forme agglomérée.
6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit un mélange de plusieurs agents de désulfuration sous forme de granulés ou d'agglomérats.
7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'agent de désulfuration est chargé entièrement ou partie lors de l'introduction du minerai.
