Claims (9)

1. Appareil d'avancement par pinces pour bandes en tôle (24) ou profiles pour des presses, cisailles ou machines-outil pareilles, ayant deux pinces d'avancement (5) disposées sur le côté d'alimentation de la presse avec la direction d'avancement et l'écart entre eux réglables, et des organes de commande réversibles (15) raccordés à eux pour la marche avant et retour des pinces d'avancement (5) réalisable entre deux courses de la presse, à chaque course communiquée par les organes de commande (15), sans égard à la direction de mouvement, seulement une des deux pinces d'avancement (5) étant ajustée de façon à transporter, caractérisé en ce que pour le transport de la bande (24) un chariot porteur (4) d'une commande par bielle (10/23) guidé par un chemin de guidage commun (3) est coordonné de façon actionnable à chaque pince d'avancement (5), que chaque commande par bielle consiste en une roue à manivelle (10) à rayon de manivelle (13) réglable, un chariot porteur (4) pour une pince d'avancement (5) et une bielle oscillante (23) raccordant la roue à manivelle (10) au chariot porteur (4), les roues à manivelle (10) étant disposées sur deux arbres (9), dont chacun est pourvu à son autre bout d'une roue à chaîne (8), les deux roues à chaîne (8) étant jointes par une commande sans fin (14), celle-ci étant raccordée à l'organe de commande à mouvement réversible (15), que la distance entre les deux chariots porteurs (4) est réglable par un organe de réglage commun (12) pour le réglage des rayons de manivelle (13) de façon synchrone, en sens opposé ou divergeant, par les bielles oscillantes (23) des chariots porteurs (4) raccordant le palier de manivelle oscillant (21) au palier oscillant (22) du chariot, et détermine la longeur de la marche avant et retour.
2. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les roues à manivelle (10) sont logées dans deux paliers (6) formés sur la paroi arrière (2"') d'une boîte d'engrenage.
3. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de réglage (12) est porté dans un troisième palier (7) arrangé au milieu entre les paliers de manivelle (6) et se termine dans une roue conique (16), celle-ci, avec les rayons de manivelle (13) préreglés et déterminant la distance maximale entre les pinces, engrenant à son tour des roues coniques (17) disposées en angle droite et équiaxialement par rapport à l'axe de l'organe de réglage (12) et pourvues d'une tige filetée (20), qui engrènent à leur tour des pièces glissoires (18) de direction, dans cette position, diamétralement opposée, arrangées dans des rainures glissoires (27) des roues de manivelle (10) et ayant des filets (19) correspondant avec les tiges (20), les pièces glissoires (18) étant réglables de manière glissante, toujours en sens opposé, sur actionnement de la commande de la roue conique (16) raccordée à l'organe de réglage (12).
4. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la boîte d'engrenage (2) forme le long de la paroi arrière (2"') portant les paliers (6, 7, 6) et entre deux parois frontales (2') y jointes des deux côtés en angle droit un côté longitudinal ouvert (2"), le chemin de guidage (3) portant sur deux plans parallèles étant disposé entre les parois frontales (2').
5. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande pour les chariots porteurs (4) à l'écart entre eux réglé est un cylindre de commande guidable sur une tige de piston stationnaire (11 ) de sorte à glisser de manière constante aux courses.

Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque chariot porteur (4) est guidé sur le chemin de guidage (3) sur plusieurs rouleaux d'appui (4') engrenant le chemin de guidage (3) sur les deux côtés, et que le palier oscillant du chariot (22) est configuré autour d'un axe menant par le centre de gravité du chariot.
7. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les roues à manivelle (10) sont pourvues chacune de deux cames (16) dirigeables chacune contre une butée fixe (25) formée sur le fond de la boîte d'engrenage (2) pour limiter l'oscillation et les courses.
8. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux cylindres de commande (15) contre-courants enclen- chables et déclenchables ayant la forme de cylindres de travail sont disposés entre les deux brins parallèles de la commande sans fin (14).
9. Appareil d'avancement par pinces selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que toujours une des deux pièces glissoires (18) réglables par une roue à chaîne (8) et une tige filetée (20), déterminant le rayon de manivelle (13) est formée de sorte à être séparable de l'organe de réglage (12) par un accouplement.
