Abstract
Zum Entfernen eines im Innenraum einer Ankerschiene befindlichen Füllkörpers nach dem Abbinden des Betons ist in die Ankerschiene ebenfalls eine reißfeste Einlage eingelegt. Nach dem Abbinden des Betons kann durch Herausreißen dieser Einlage der Füllkörper zerstört werden und dessen Bruchteile aus dem Innenraum der Ankerschiene entfernt werden. In Anpassung an den individuellen Querschnitt der Ankerschiene und das Materiel des Füllkörpers sind verschiedene konstruktive Realisierungen der Einlage und des Füllkörpers denkbar, die im Endergebnis zu einer vollständigen Entfernung des Füllkörpers durch das Herausreißen der Einlage führen.To remove a filler located in the interior of an anchor channel after the concrete has set, a tear-resistant insert is also inserted into the anchor channel. Derartige Ankerschienen sind in verbreitetem Einsatz, sie dienen beispielsweise zur Aufnahme von Tragelementen, die die Ankerschiene hintergreifen. Oft sollen diese Tragelemente in der Ankerschiene verschiebbar sein, was voraussetzt, daß das Innere der Ankerschiene beim Einbringen des umgebenden Betons von Verschmutzungen frei bleibt. Aus diesem Grunde ist die Ankerschiene beim Einbetonieren mit einem Füllkörper versehen, der den Innenraum der Ankerschiene vor Verschmutzungen schützt. Dieser Füllkörper wird dann nach dem Abbinden des Betons entfernt, wozu man in der Regel mit irgendeinem Werkzeug diesen zerstört, so daß dessen Bruchteile aus der Ankerschiene entfernbar sind. Dieses Verfahren ist relativ zeitaufwendig und man benötigt ein geeignetes Werkzeug dazu.Such anchor channels are in widespread use, they are used, for example, to accommodate support elements which engage behind the anchor channel. Für die konstruktive Ausgestaltung des Zusammenwirkens zwischen Füllkörper einerseits und Einlage andererseits gibt es verschiene Möglichkeiten, so kann beispielsweise die Einlage als Klebeband ausgestaltet sein, das an der inneren Unterseite der Ankerschiene befestigt ist und den Füllkörper untergreift. Entscheidend ist, daß Einlage und Füllkörper so auf den Querschnitt der jeweiligen Ankerschiene angepaßt sind, daß beim Herausreißen der Einlage der Füllkörper möglichst in einer Form zerstört wird, daß die Bruchteile ohne zusätzliche Anstrengungen aus dem Innenraum der Ankerschiene herausfallen.There are various possibilities for the constructive design of the interaction between the filler body on the one hand and the insert on the other hand, for example the insert can be designed as an adhesive tape which is fastened to the inner underside of the anchor rail and engages under the filler body. In ein Betonteil 30 ist eine Ankerschiene 10 mit einem Füllkörper 11 in ihrem Innenraum eingebettet. Zwischen dem Füllkörper 11 und der inneren Unterseite der Ankerschiene 10 liegt eine Einlage 12, die im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem mit Reißfäden verstärkten bandförmigen Gewebe besteht. An beiden Enden steht die Einlage 12 so weit über das Ende der Ankerschiene 10 über, daß nach dem Umgießen der Ankerschiene mit Beton ein ausreichendes Stück aus der Betonebene herausragt. Durch Ziehen in Pfeilrichtung an dem herausstehenden Ende der Einlage 12 wird der Füllkörper 11 zerstört, beispielsweise in Längsrichtung geteilt, so daß die beiden Hälften dann ohne zusätzliche Kraftanstrengung oder Werkzeug aus dem Innenraum der Ankerschiene 10 entfernt werden können.An
Die Ausgestaltung von Füllkörper 11 und Einlage 12 hängt vom konkreten Querschnitt der Ankerschiene einerseits und einer möglichst einfachen Fertigung dieser Einheit beim Ankerschienen-Hersteller ab. Hierbei ist es auch möglich, beispielsweise eine faden- oder schnurförmige Einlage 12 in das Innere eines Füllkörpers 11 bereits einzubetten, gegebenenfalls den Füllkörper auch noch mit Profilierungen in Form von Nuten oder Rillen zu versehen, so daß beim Herausreißen der Einlage 12 eine möglichst vollständige Zerstörung des Füllkörpers 11 erfolgt, wobei im optimalen Falle die Bruchteile derart geformt sind, daß sie ohne zusätzliche Werkzeuge aus der Ankerschiene 10 entnehmbar sind. Der Füllkörper kann beispielsweise aus vorgefertigten Hartschaumteilen bestehen, kann aber auch durch Anschäumen z.B. mit PU-Schaum, erzeugt werden. Die konkrete Realisierung bzw. Abstimmung der Eigenschaften des Füllkörpers und der Einlage sind durch Versuche anhand konkreter Ausführungsformen von Ankerschienen vom Fachmann ermittelbar und brauchen somit nicht näher erläutert zu werden.The design of
