Nachteilig ist ferner, daß das ausgeschäumte Material des Füllkörpers an den Innenseiten des Ankerschienen-Innenraumes anhaftet, so daß die seitlichen Füllkörperteile auch nach dem Heraus­ reißen des mittleren Füllkörperteiles mittels der Streifen­ einlage nur schwer zu entfernen sind.A method of this type is previously known from DE 33 15 632 A1. Beim Einbringen des ausschäumbaren Materiales wird zunächst nur eine solche Menge an schäumbaren Material eingebracht, die gerade ausreichend ist, um beim Ausschäumvorgang den Innen­ raum der Ankerschiene vollständig auszufüllen. Ein Austreten des ausschäumbaren Materiales aus der Ankerschiene wird dadurch verhindert, daß der Ankerschienenschlitz durch die verschweißten Randbereiche der Folie geschlossen ist. Ein späteres Herausreißen des gesamten Füllkörpers wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß dieser vollständig von der Folie umschlossen ist, so daß dieser einstückig aus dem Längsschlitz der Ankerschiene herausgezogen werden kann. Hierzu wird in bevorzugter Weise als ausschäumbares Material PE-Schaum verwendet. Dieser besteht aus einer Mischung aus zwei Kompo­ nenten, die je nach Zusammensetzung in genau vorher einstell­ barer Zeit ausschäumen. Die in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Ankerschiene 1 umfaßt einen Rücken 2, zwei von diesem rechtwinklig abstehende Seitenschenkel 3 und zwei von diesen rechtwinklig ab­ stehende Schenkelenden 4, die zwischen sich einen Längs­ schlitz 5 frei lassen. Die Ankerschiene 1 hat somit im Querschnitt eine C-Form. Die Ankerschiene 1 trägt auf ihrem Schienenrücken 2 nicht näher dargestellte Anker und wird regelmäßig in Betonbauteile einbetoniert. daß in den Innenraum (6) der Ankerschiene (1) eine Folie (7) eingebracht wird, deren Breite größer ist als der Umfang des Innenraumes,
daß in den von der Folie (7) umgrenzten Innenraum (6) das schäumbare Material (8) eingebracht wird, das an­ schließend die Randbereiche (7 a) der Folie (7) miteinander fest verbunden werden, wobei der Längsschlitz (5) der Ankerschiene (1) verschlossen wird,
und daß das schäumbare Material (8) abschließend bis zum vollständigen Ausfüllen des Innenraumes (6) der Ankerschiene (1) ausgeschäumt wird.
