Claims (2)

1. Vorrichtung zum augenblicklichen Wechsel der Beleimungsbreite auf einem Papierstreifen bei der Herstellung von Wellpappe, in welcher der Leim durch eine rotierende Beleimungswalze um eine durch eine Regelvorrichtung (17) bestimmte Eintauchbreite in den Leim getaucht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem mit einer Hilfsrakelvorrichtung aus 2 Rakeln (2) zum zeitweiligen Ansetzen an beiden Enden und auf nicht eingetauchten stromaufgelegten Teil der Beleimungswalze ausgerüstet ist, wobei letztere Vorrichtung Mittel (7) zur Regulierung des zum Durchgang des Leimes notwendigen Abstandes (L) zwischen beiden Rakeln (2), sowie Mittel (25) zur Verschiebung der Rakeln (2) zwischen einer aktiven Stellung mit Einwirkung auf die Beleimungswalze (5) und einer abgesetzten Stellung ohne Berührung mit der Beleimungswalze (3) einsetzt.
2. Verwendungsverfahren für die Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, beim Uebergang von einer grossen auf einer kleineren Papierbreite, durch folgende Verfahrensabläufe gekennzeichnet:
- ein Abstand (L) zwischen den beiden Rakeln (2) wird bei von der Beleimungswalze (5) entfernter Rakelvorrichtung (1) derart reguliert, dass er den gleichen Wert, wie die neue geringere Breite aufweist.
- Der Verbindungszeitpunkt beider Breiten wird so bestimmt, dass er an der Papierbeleimungsstelle erfolgt, und zugleich die Rakelvorrichtung auf die Beleimungswalze aufgesetzt wird.
- Die Regelvorrichtung (17) für die Eintauchbreite der Beleimungswalze in den Leim wird so verschoben, dass die neue Breite eingestellt wird.
- Die Rakelvorrichtung wird dann wieder entfernt, damit sie sich nicht auf die Beleimungswalze aufsetzt.
