Die Erfindung geht aus von Drahtgliederbändern, wie sie in der schweizer Patentschrift CH PS 610 273 beschrieben sind. Per Hand wird eine Wendel nach der anderen in die jeweilige vorher angelegte Wendel mittels Gleitdruck eingepreßt. Werden als Verbindungsmittel der Wendeln Verbindungsdrähte, auch Steckdrähte genannt, verwendet, so werden diese nach jeder eingepreßten Wendel in die röhrenförmige Öffnung,die das jeweils letzte Wendelpaar bildet, von einer Seite her per Hand eingeschoben. Sind die Windungen der Wendel nicht gleichmäßig ausgerichtet, so daß eine gleichmäßige röhrenförmige Öffnung der jeweils korrespondierenden Windungen der Wendeln entsteht, so läßt sich der Verbindungsdraht nicht mehr weiter schieben. Hat eine Wendel eine Fehlstellung eingenommen, so kann sie durch den Verbindungsdraht nicht mehr verschoben werden, da sich die Windungen gegenseitig eng verkrallen und in fester Position halten.The invention is based on wire link belts as described in the Swiss patent CH PS 610 273. Durch das Thermofixieren der Verbindungsdrähte vor dem Einschiebevorgang werden diese gerade gerichtet, was sowohl den Einschiebevorgang erleichtert, als auch ein späteres Schrumpfen beim Gebrauch der Siebe vermeidet.The object is achieved by the method and the device according to the patent claims. Der besseren Übersicht wegen sind die Verbindungsdrähte nur als Einzeldraht 8 gezeichnet. Durch den-Antrieb und die Zentriereinrichtung laufen aber mehrere Verbindungsdrähte gemeinsam. Für einen nächsten Einschiebevorgang wird die Klemme 15,5 geöffnet und ein weiteres Drahtgliederband wird eingelegt.
