Description

  • Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Bausatz zur Halterung einer Leuchte, vorzugsweise einer elektrischen Lampe an dem Ständer bzw. Stiel eines Gartenschirmes.
  • Es besteht das Bedürfnis, bei aufgeklapptem Gartenschirm innerhalb des durch den Gartenschirm abgeschützten Bereiches eine Lampe anzubringen. Ein solches Bedürfnis besteht beispielsweise dann abends, wenn kühle Luft durch den Gartenschirm abgehalten werden soll und unterhalb des Gartenschirmes eine ausreichende Beleuchtung zur Verfügung gestellt werden soll, um beispielsweise zu lesen, zu essen od.dgl. Aus der DE-C-519 342 ist eine derartige Halterung zur Befestigung einer Leuchte am Stab eines Schirms bekannt, wobei jedoch beim Zuklappen des Schirms jedes Mal die Leuchtenhalterung abgebaut werden muss.
  • Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Bausatz zu schaffen, mit dem die Halterung einer Leuchte an einem handelsüblichen Gartenschirm ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich wird, wobei der Anschluss der Leuchte dabei an dem vielfach vorhandenen Schiebegriff möglich sein soll, um somit beim Zusammenklappen des Schirmes und der Bewegung des Schiebegriffes nach unten, gleichzeitig auch die Leuchte mit nach unten zu ziehen, um den erforderlichen Raum zur Unterbringung der Leuchte zu erhalten, ohne dass es erforderlich ist, beim Abbau des Gartenschirmes die Leuchte ebenfalls abzubauen.
  • Diese der Neuerung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird durch die in den Ansprüchen genannten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Hierbei schlägt die Neuerung im wesentlichen vor, dass ein durch zwei miteinander zusammenwirkende Schellen gebildeter Halterungskörper an dem Schiebegriff des Gartenschirmes befestigt werden kann, beispielsweise durch Schrauben od.dgl., die die beiden Schellen durchqueren und diese am Schiebegriff unter Spannung festlegen. Hierbei ist vorzugsweise eine der Schellen so ausgenommen, dass die am Schiebegriff vorgesehene Betätigungsvorrichtung für die Festklemmung des Schiebegriffes ohne Schwierigkeiten übergriffen werden kann.
  • An einem der Schellenkörper ist eine klauenförmige, durch zwei Flansche gebildete Halterung für einen Befestigungsfuss eines Lampenträgers vorgesehen, mit dem nunmehr der Lampenträger in diese klauenförmige Halterung eingesetzt werden kann, wobei die beiden Flansche einen Freiraum definieren, der der Durchführung des elektrischen Kabels dienen kann.
  • Die Schellen werden vorzugsweise aus Aluminiumguss hergestellt und weisen damit sowohl die erforderliche Korrosionsfestigkeit, wie auch die erforderliche Tragfähigkeit auf.
  • Der Lampenträger kann einarmig oder zweiarmig ausgebildet sein, wobei der eigentliche Befestigungsfuss durch einen Stopfen verschlossen werden kann, der das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit verhindert, aber leicht ein Lösen ermöglicht, um derart beispielsweise die Kabel in den Lampenträger zu führen, um unterschiedlich hohe Aufhängungen der Lampe zu ermöglichen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Neuerung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. Die Zeichnungen zeigen dabei in
    • Fig. 1 den aus den beiden Schellen und dem Lampenträger bestehenden Bausatz und in
    • Fig. 2 den Anschluss der beiden Schellen an einem Schiebegriff eines Gartenschirmes.
  • In Fig. 1 sind mit 1 und 2 zwei Schellenhälften bezeichnet, die über Schraubverbindungen 3 und 4 miteinander verbunden werden können. Die Schellenhälften sind auf ihrer Innenseite ausgenommen, wobei in der Schelle 2 eine halbkreisförmige, über die ganze Höhe der Schelle verlaufende Ausnehmung 5 und in der Schelle 1 eine über die ganze Höhe der Schelle verlaufende halbkreisförmige und daran sich anschliessende rechteckige Ausnehmung 6 vorgesehen ist.
  • Die Schelle 2 trägt eine klauenförmige Halterung 7, die durch zwei Flansche 8 und 9 gebildet wird, die zwischen sich einen Schlitz 10 freilassen, der der Durchführung eines elektrischen Kabels 11 dient.
  • Weiterhin ist in Fig. 1 ein Lampenträger 12 dargestellt, der bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Tragarme 14 und 15 aufweist, die in einem Befestigungsfuss 16 münden, der durch einen Stopfen 17 verschlossen werden kann. Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel erfolgt die Festlegung des Stopfens 17 in dem rohrförmig ausgebildeten Befestigungsfuss 16 über eine Schraubverbindung 18.
  • In Fig. 2 ist mit 19 der Schiebegriff des Ständers 20 eines weiter nicht dargestellten Gartenschirmes bezeichnet, wobei auf diesem Schiebegriff die beiden Schellen 1 und 2 festgelegt sind und deutlich die klauenförmige Halterung 7 erkennbar ist.
  • Durch die Anpassung der Ausnehmungen 5 und 6 der Schellen 1 und 2 wird eine Anpassung an die Form des Schiebegriftes am Stab des Schirms sichergestellt und damit vermieden, dass bei jedem Zusammenfalten des Gartenschirmes die Lampe abgebaut werden muss, andererseits erreicht, dass beim Zusammenfalten der Lampe diese zusammen mit dem Schiebegriff nach unten geführt wird.

Claims (5)

1. Bausatz zur Halterung einer vorzugsweise elektrischen Lampe an einem Gartenschirm mit zwei miteinander verbindbaren Schellen (1, 2), die auf ihrer Innenseite mit über ihre ganze Höhe reichenden und miteinander fluchtenden Ausnehmungen (5, 6) versehen sind, wobei die Ausnehmungen halbkreisförmig ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Schelle (1) eine über die ganze Länge der Schelle (1) verlaufende und sich an die halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung (6) anschliessende rechteckige zusätzliche Ausnehmung aufweist, die andere Schelle (2) an ihrer Aussenseite eine klauenförmige Halterung (7) besitzt und ein in die klauenförmige Halterung (7) einsetzbarer Lampenträger (12) vorgesehen ist.

Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die klauenförmige Halterung (7) aus zwei einteilig mit dem Schellenkörper (2) ausgeformten Flanschen (8, 9) gebildet ist, die von dem Schellenkörper nach aussen vorstehen und in ihrem Aussenumfangsbereich einen Schlitz (10) zwischen sich freilassen.
3. Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lampenträger (12) aus einem oder mehreren Tragarmen (14, 15) gebildet ist, an die sich ein Befestigungsfuss (16) anschliesst, der in die klauenförmige Halterung (7) einführbar ist.
4. Bausatz wenigstens nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsfuss (16) hohl ausgebildet ist und durch einen Stopfen (17) verschliessbar ist.
5. Bausatz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (17) im Befestigungsfuss (16) über eine Schraube oder eine Schraubvorrichtung (18) festlegbar ist.
