Description

  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Behälter mit einrastendem Schraubverschluß, bei dem der Behälterhals eine wendelförmig angeordnete Nut und die Verschlußkappe eine in die Nut eindrehbare wendelförmig angeordnete Feder aufweist.
  • Einrastende Schraubverschlüsse sind häufig erwünscht, wenn unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen des Behälters vermieden werden soll. Es sind flache Behälter mit einrastendem Schraubverschluß bekannt, bei denen Behälter und Verschlußkappe sich zu einer Kontur ergänzen. Darüber hinaus ist der Behälter mit einer Schulter versehen, die im verschlossen Zustand durch die Verschlußkappe verdeckt wird. Beim Öffnen des Behälters muß daher diese Schulter erst durch den Rand der Verschlußkappe überwunden werden. Hierbei deformiert sich die Verschlußkappe. Nachteilig ist, daß die Rastung der Verschlußkappe stets eine im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgeführte Schulter am Behälter erfodelich macht. Darüber hinaus muß sich die Wandung der Verschlußkappe elastisch verformen lassen.
  • Es stellte sich daher die Aufgabe, einen einrastenden Schraubverschluß zu schaffen, der universell, d.h. unabhängig von der äußeren Form des Behälters wirksam ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch einen Behälter mit Schraubverschluß gelöst, bei dem der Behälterhals eine wendelförmig angeordnete Nut und die Verschlußkappe eine in die Nut eindrehbare, wendelförmig angeordnete Feder aufweist, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Nut im Bereich der Öffnung des Behälters in eine Einlaufspirale mit Abflachung einmündet und die Feder im Verschlußkappengrund in einen in die Einlaufspirale formschlüssig eingreifenden Steg übergeht.
  • Es kann von Vorteil sein, zwei gegenüberliegend angebrachte Nuten am Hals bzw. Federn in der Verschlußkappe in entsprechende Einlaufspiralen münden bzw. Stege übergehen zu lassen. Die Nuten und Federn können so angeordnet sein, daß der Behälter durch eine Relativdrehung der Verschlußkappe um 90° verschlossen bzw. geöffnet werden kann. Das hat den Vorteil, daß bei Behältern und Verschlußkappen mit rechtechigem Querschnitt die Verschlußkappe beim Verschließen stets in die richtige Position zum Behälter kommt.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von lediglich einem Ausführungsweg darstellenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt
    • Figur 1 einen im Verhältnis Breite: Diche flachen Behälter in Seitenansicht und zwar im Bereich des Schraubverschlusses und
    • Figur 2 den gleichen Behälter wie in Figur 1 jedoch 90° um die Behälterachse gedreht.
  • Beim Behälter 1 ist der Behälterhals 3 mit zwei Nuten 4 versehen. In der Verschlußkappe 2 sind zwei Federn 5 angeordet, die im Verschlußkappengrund in Stege 6 übergehen. Im Einlaufspiralen 7 mit ADTlacnungen ö formschlüssig ein. Es ensteht eine Hemmung bzw. Rastung, durch die unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen der Verschlußkappe 2 verhindert wird. Die Hemmung ist unabhängig von der Gestaltung der Schulter des Behälters wirksam. Die Nuten 4 münden in diese Einlaufspiralen. 9 ist ein Pfropfen, der in den Hals 3 des Behälters ragt und den Behälter dicht verschließt. Nuten 4 und Federn 5 sind so angeordnet, daß die inetwa rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisende Verschlußkappe 2 beim Verschließen des Behälters 90° verdreht gegenüber der Breitseite des Behälters angesetzt wird und der Verschließvorgang nach einer Vierteldrehung der Verschlußkappe gegenüber dem Behälter beendet ist. Die Breitseite der Verschlußkappe fluchtet dann mit der Breiseite des Behälters. Bei Behältern, bei denen solche Anforderungen nicht gestellt werden müssen, können die Nuten und Federn beliebig auf dem Umfang des Halses und im Innenumfang der Kappe angeordnet sein, sofern sichergestelt ist, daß Nuten und Federn zusammenwirken. Auch an die Steilheit des Gewindes sind keine besonderen Anfoderungen zu stellen.

Claims (3)

1. Behälter mit Schraubverschluß, bei dem der Behälterhals eine wendelförmig angeordnete Nut und die Verschlußkappe eine in die Nut eindrehbare, wendelförmig angeordnete Feder aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut im Bereich der Öffnung des Behälters (1) in eine Einlaufspirale (7) mit Abflachung (8) einmündet und die Feder (5) im Verschlußkappengrund in einen in die Einlaufspirale (7) formschlüssig eingreifenden Steg (6) übergeht.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gegenüberliegend angeordnete Nuten (4) am Hals (3) bzw. Federn (5) in der Verschlußkappe (2) in entsprechende Einlaufspiralen (7) münden bzw. Stege (6) übergehen.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (4) und Federn (5) so angeordnet sind, daß der Behälter (1) durch eine Relativdrehung der Verschlußkappe (2) um 90° verschlossen bzw. geöffnet ist.
