Description

The invention relates to a container with a locking screw closure, in which the container neck has a helically arranged groove and the closure cap has a helically arranged spring which can be screwed into the groove.

Snap-in screw caps are often desirable if the container is to be opened unintentionally. Flat containers with a snap-in screw closure are known, in which the container and the closure cap complement each other to form a contour. In addition, the container is provided with a shoulder, which is covered by the cap in the closed state. When opening the container, this shoulder must therefore first be overcome by the edge of the closure cap. Here, the cap deforms. The disadvantage is that the locking of the cap always requires a shoulder with a rectangular cross section on the container. In addition, the wall of the cap must be able to be elastically deformed.

It was therefore the task of creating a snap-in screw closure that is universal, i.e. is effective regardless of the external shape of the container.

The object is achieved by a container with a screw closure, in which the container neck has a helically arranged groove and the closure cap has a helically arranged spring which can be screwed into the groove and which is characterized in that the groove in the region of the opening of the container with an inlet spiral Flattening flows out and the spring in the base of the cap merges into a web that engages in a form-fitting manner in the inlet spiral.

It can be advantageous to have two opposing grooves on the neck or springs in the cap open into corresponding inlet spirals or to allow webs to pass over. The grooves and tongues can be arranged so that the container can be closed or opened by a relative rotation of the closure cap by 90 °. This has the advantage that, in the case of containers and caps with a right-angled cross-section, the cap always comes into the correct position in relation to the container when it is closed.

The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of drawings which illustrate only one embodiment. It shows
  • Figure 1 shows a ratio of width: Diche flat container in side view, in the area of the screw cap and
  • Figure 2 shows the same container as in Figure 1 but rotated 90 ° around the container axis.

In the case of the container 1, the container neck 3 is provided with two grooves 4. In the cap 2, two springs 5 are arranged, which merge into webs 6 in the base of the cap. In the inlet spiral 7 with ADTlungen Ö a positive fit. There is an inhibition or detent, through which inadvertent opening of the cap 2 is prevented. The inhibition is effective regardless of the design of the shoulder of the container. The grooves 4 open into these inlet spirals. 9 is a stopper which projects into the neck 3 of the container and seals the container tightly. Grooves 4 and springs 5 are arranged in such a way that the closure cap 2, which has an approximately rectangular cross section, is turned 90 ° relative to the broad side of the container when the container is closed, and the closure process is ended after a quarter turn of the closure cap relative to the container. The broad side of the cap is then flush with the broad side of the container. For containers in which such requirements do not have to be made, the grooves and tongues can be arranged anywhere on the circumference of the neck and in the inner circumference of the cap, provided that it is ensured that the grooves and tongues interact. There are also no special requirements for the steepness of the thread.

Claims (3)
