- Closure cap has a helically arranged spring which can be screwed into the groove and is characterized in that the groove in the region of the opening of the container into an inlet spiral opens out with a flattened portion and the spring in the base of the cap changes into a web that engages in a form-fitting manner in the inlet spiral.
- the grooves and tongues can be arranged so that the container can be closed or opened by a relative rotation of the closure cap by 90 °. This has the advantage that, in the case of containers and caps with a rectangular cross section, the cap always comes into the correct position with respect to the container when it is closed.
- the grooves can also be arranged in the closure cap and the springs on the neck of the container.
- the container neck 3 is provided with two grooves 4.
- two springs 5 are arranged, which merge into webs 6 in the base of the cap.
- the webs 6 positively engage in inlet spirals 7 with flats 8.
- the grooves 4 open into these inlet spirals.
- 9 is a stopper which projects into the neck 3 of the container and seals the container tightly.
- Grooves 4 and springs 5 are arranged so that the approximately rectangular cross-section cap 2 is rotated 90 ° when closing the container against the broad side of the container and the closing process is completed after a quarter turn of the cap relative to the container. The broad side of the closure cap is then flush with the broad side of the container.
- the grooves and tongues can be arranged anywhere on the circumference of the neck and in the inner circumference of the cap, provided that it is ensured that the grooves and tongues act together. There are also no special requirements for the steepness of the thread.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a container with a locking screw closure, in which the container neck has a helically arranged groove and the closure cap has a helically arranged spring which can be screwed into the groove.
Darüber hinaus muß sich die Wandung der Verschlußkappe elastisch verformen lassenSnap-in screw caps are often desirable if the container is to be opened unintentionally. Flat containers with a locking screw closure are known, in which the container and the closure cap complement each other to form a contour. In addition, the container is provided with a shoulder, which is covered by the closure flap when closed. When opening the container, this shoulder must therefore first be overcome by the edge of the sealing cap. Here, the cap deforms. A disadvantage is that the locking of the closure cap always requires a shoulder with a rectangular cross section on the container. In addition, the wall of the cap must be able to be elastically deformed
It is therefore the task of creating a snap-in screw cap that is universal, i.e. is effective regardless of the external shape of the container.
The object is achieved by a container with a screw cap, in which the ßehältechals a helically arranged groove and the. Closure cap has a helically arranged spring which can be screwed into the groove and is characterized in that the groove in the region of the opening of the container into an inlet spiral opens out with a flattened portion and the spring in the base of the cap changes into a web that engages in a form-fitting manner in the inlet spiral.
It can be advantageous to have two opposing grooves on the neck or springs in the cap open into corresponding inlet spirals or to allow webs to pass over. The grooves and tongues can be arranged so that the container can be closed or opened by a relative rotation of the closure cap by 90 °. This has the advantage that, in the case of containers and caps with a rectangular cross section, the cap always comes into the correct position with respect to the container when it is closed. Of course, the grooves can also be arranged in the closure cap and the springs on the neck of the container.
- . Figure 1 shows a ratio of width: thick flat container in side view, in the area of the screw cap and
- Figure 2 shows the same container as in Figure 1 but rotated 90 ° around the container axis.
In the case of the container 1, the container neck 3 is provided with two
