Description

The invention relates to an insulating glass pane with a darkening device arranged in the airtight sealed cavity, which can be actuated via an outer magnet guided outside the insulating glass pane and an inner magnet that can be actuated by the outer magnet and guided within the insulating glass pane, and which has a cover that can be raised by means of a winding shaft, the inner magnet with the winding shaft is in drive connection via a drive cable.

Insulating glass panes are increasingly being used for the glazing of windows and doors, and the special effect of these insulating glass panes essentially depends on the really tight seal of the cavity remaining between the individual glass panels of the insulating glass pane. For darkening devices within this cavity, a magnetic actuation is therefore recommended, which avoids breaking through the all-round insulating glass insulation and, despite the internal arrangement of the darkening device, does not increase the risk that the insulating glass pane would leak and thus become unusable.

Es kommt hier auf jeden Fall zu sehr beengten Platzverhältnissen, die außer dem Rollo keine andere Art der Abdeckung erlauben.FR-A-13 13 315 shows such a darkening device in which a roll-up roller blind serves as a cover and a transverse inner magnet actuates the winding shaft via a rotating drive cable. The inner magnet can also be attached directly to the roller blind without a drive cable and interact with counterweights. In any case, there is very limited space here, which, apart from the roller blind, does not allow any other type of cover.

According to GB-A-10 63 707 there are already blackout devices with windable or foldable covers which have to be pulled upwards from the bottom via the internal magnets. The inner magnets engage directly on the cover and must always bear the full weight of the cover. The result is a construction that is susceptible to faults and excludes the use of slatted blinds or the like.

Also known as built-in darkening devices that can be installed in insulating glass panes are fixed blinds with adjustable slats, an inner magnet seated on a rack being provided for actuating these slats, which rack drives a gearwheel engaging directly on one of the slats. It is not possible to raise the blind and the proposed magnetic drive can only be used for very small adjustment movements from the outset due to its very limited drive path.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide an insulating glass pane of the type described at the outset with a louvre blind as a darkening device and to provide a simple and reliable actuation option for this blind.

According to the invention this object is achieved by the combination of features that serves as a cover a slatted blind with individually adjustable and stackable slats that the inner magnet hangs on the drive cable, which in turn can be wound up and unwound on a drive roller seated on the winding shaft, that a Winding reel for a supporting rope which can be wound up and unwound in the opposite direction to the blind with a counterweight adapted to the blind sits on the winding shaft and that the inner magnet is arranged in one and the counterweight in the other of the side edge regions of the cavity remaining next to the blind. By using a windable drive cable and a counterweight to move the winding shaft while simultaneously laying the inner magnet and counterweight on one of the side edge areas, there is not only free space in the center area for the arrangement of a slatted blind, but also a functional drive for actuating the slat blind . In the cavity of the insulating glass pane, a full-fledged blind with slats that can be adjusted and stacked from the outside by magnets can actually be installed.

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, and show
  • Figure 1 shows an inventive insulating glass pane with blackout device schematically in a partially sectioned plan view
  • 2 shows a cross section along the line 11-11 of FIG. 1 of an insulating glass pane installed in a frame.

An insulating glass pane 1 consists of two glass panels 3 connected to one another with the interposition of a spacer frame 2 and accommodates a slatted blind 5 in its airtight cavity 4 as a darkening device. The slats 6 of this slat blind 5 are suspended from slat carrier cables 7, which slat carrier cables 7 are held in corresponding receptacles 8 of an actuating shaft 9, so that pivoting of this actuating shaft 9 via the carrier cables 7 causes the slats 6 to be adjusted.

For lifting the slats, slat elevator ropes 10 are provided which can be wound on winding rollers 11 of a drivable winding shaft 12 and thereby take the slats 6 up with them. For easier actuation of the winding shaft 12, a further winding roller 13 is seated at one end of the winding shaft 12, onto which a support cable 14 with a counterweight 15 adapted to the slat weight is wound in the opposite direction to the slat elevator ropes 10. As a drive for the winding shaft 12 there is a drive roller 16 at the opposite end with a drive cable 17 wound in the same direction as the support cable 14 of the counterweight 15, on which an inner magnet 18 is suspended. This inner magnet 18 interacts, as indicated in FIG. 2, with an outer magnet 19 guided outside the insulating glass pane 1, so that the winding shaft 12 can be driven from the outside without breaking through the spacer frame 2 with its insulation. The external magnet 19 is guided in a frame 20 of the window frame 21 which holds the insulating glass pane 1 and is seated for actuation on a guide rope 22 which runs endlessly over deflection rollers 23. As soon as the strand of the guide rope 22 accessible from the outside is moved and thus also the outer magnet 19 is displaced, the magnetic coupling between the outer magnet 19 and the inner magnet 18 also moves the inner magnet 18 and thus the drive rope 17, which sets the winding shaft 12 in rotation via the drive roller 16 , the lowering of the winding shaft rotation being supported by the dead weight of the slats 6 when lowering the blind.

Similar to the drive of the winding shaft 12 for the slat elevator ropes 10, the actuating shaft 9 is also driven to adjust the slats 6. An inner magnet 24, which interacts with an outer magnet 25 which is adjustable in the frame 20 in a manner not shown, moves in via an actuating cable 26 on the actuating shaft 9 seated adjusting wheel 27, which actuating shaft 9 is rotatably mounted against the force of a return spring 28. When the outer magnet 25 moves downward, the inner magnet 24 therefore pulls the actuating cable 26 downward and pivots the actuating shaft 9 in one direction against the force of the spring 28 via the adjusting wheel 27; on the other hand, after the outer magnet 25 has been pushed up and the inner magnet 24 has moved upward, this takes place Counter-rotation of the actuating shaft 9 due to the prestressed return spring 28. This pivoting movement of the actuating shaft 9 causes a corresponding warping of the carrier cables 7 via the receptacles 8 and thus allows the slats 6 to be adjusted in both directions.

In order to make it easy to install the slatted blind 5 in the insulating glass pane, a support frame 29 is provided in which the winding shaft 12 and the actuating shaft 9 are mounted on the one hand and the inner magnets 18, 24 and the counterweight 15 are guided on the other hand. The result is a prefabricated structural unit that only needs to be inserted into the spacer frame 2 of the insulating glass pane 1 before the insulating glass pane is finished in order to assemble the slatted blind. This frame 29 advantageously consists of light metal profiles and forms a supporting frame, which rests on the lower leg of the spacer frame 2, for example in the form of a U-frame which is open at the bottom.
