Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Kartoniermaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten und Bereitstellen von Faltschachteln nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Eine solche Kartoniermaschine ist z.B. aus der US-PS 31 43 937 bekannt, bei der jeweils eine flachliegende Faltschachtel aus einem Magazin entnommen, einer Fördereinrichtung zugeführt und dabei in eine Rechteckform aufgerichtet wird. Damit der das zu verpackende Gut heranbringende Füllstutzen oder Gutzuführbecher möglichst nahe an die Füllöffnung der Faltschachtel herankommt, werden die an den Faltschachtelwänden angelenkten Verschlußlappen, die zunächst in gleichen Ebenen wie die Wände liegen, aus diesen Ebenen herausgeschwenkt und abgewinkelt geführt. Bei der bekannten Kartoniermaschine ist dazu am Förderweg der Fördereinrichtung eine Weiche mit dreidimensional gestalteten Führungszungen angeordnet, welche beim Fördern der Faltschachteln deren Verschlußlappen von der Füllöffnung abschwenken. Diese Weiche ist zwar einfach aufgebaut, sie beansprucht jedoch eine bestimmte Längserstreckung der Faltschachtelfördereinrichtung. Diese Forderung wirkt sich auf die Länge der Maschine, deren Fördereinrichtung und Gestell aus, so daß die einfach aussehende Vorrichtung einen hohen Aufwand an anderen Teilen bedingt. Kritisch dabei ist der beim Überführen einer Faltschachtel 1 von der Halteeinrichtung 21 zur Fördereinrichtung 10 vorne liegende, am Boden 6 angelenkte Verschlußlappen 2, dessen Schwenkachse sich parallel zur Förderrichtung der Fördereinrichtung 10 erstreckt. Zum Umlegen oder Abschwenken dieses Verschlußlappens 2 ist im Bereich der Halteeinrichtung 21 ein Stößer 35 an einem Arm 36 einer Schwinge 37 befestigt, welche über eine Koppel 38 mit einer Kurbel 39 verbunden ist. Der Stößer wird auf einem Kreisbogen so bewegt, daß sein freies Ende bei teilgeöffneter, von den Saugern 23 der Halteeinrichtung 21 gehaltener Faltschachtel 1 seitlich von oben her gegen die Innenseite des unteren Verschlußlappens 2 schlägt und diesen aus der ursprünglich horizontalen in die vertikale Lage nach unten schwenkt (Fig. 3), bevor und während der Überführsauger 24 die Faltschachtel 1 von der Halteeinrichtung 21 zu der Fördereinrichtung 10 bringt. An die senkrechte Führungsschiene 40 im Überführungsbereich der Faltschachteln 1 schließe sich eine waagerechte in Höhe der oberen Verschlußlappen 2 und 3 verlaufende, ortsfeste Führungsschiene 41 an, welche sich bis zur Füllstelle erstreckt. Beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Einrichtung zum Umlegen des unteren Verschlußlappens 2 einer Faltschachtel 1 der Halteeinrichtung 21 zugeordnet, die am überführungsweg der Faltschachteln zwischen dem Magazin 19 und der Fördereinrichtung 10 angeordnet ist. Eine solche Umlegeeinrichtung ist jedoch mit entsprechender Anpassung auch für solche Überführungseinrichtungen ausführbar, bei denen die Faltschachteln direkt aus dem Magazin in die Fördereinrichtung überführt werden, wie dies beispielsweise durch die DE-OS 27 20 902 bekannt ist. Claims (3)

1. Kartoniermaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten und Bereitstellen von Faltschachteln, mit einer Fördereinrichtung zum Fördern der Faltschachteln, mit einem Magazin zum Bevorraten von flachliegenden Faltschachteln, mit einer Überführeinrichtung, die jeweils eine Faltschachtel aus dem Magazin entnimmt, diese aufrichtet und in die Fördereinrichtung überführt und mit einer Einrichtung zum Umlegen der Verschlußkappen der Faltschachtel an der Füllöffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (35) zum Umlegen wenigstens des Verschlußlappens (2), der um eine zur Förderrichtung der Fördereinrichtung (10) parallele Achse an der angrenzenden Wand der Faltschachtel (1) schwenkbar angelenkt ist und in der Überführrichtung vorne liegt, im Bereich der Überführeinrichtung (10) angeordnet ist.1.
