Description

The invention relates to a sound and heat-insulating wall covering, consisting of flat elements which are provided with a layer of heat insulation material and fastened to a structure by means of holding profiles, and at least the layer of heat insulation material bridging holders for the attachment of an external protection.

A wall covering is known in which a lower shell, thermal insulation, a substructure and a weatherproof viewing shell are attached one after the other.

This design is very complex, especially for tall buildings, since each layer must be assembled individually from the lift. This requires a long assembly time, especially since the work has to be interrupted in unfavorable wind and weather. Quality compliance is also problematic. In addition, there is an increased risk of accidents with lifting platforms at a higher height.

Furthermore, GB-A-2 023 709 discloses a support system for wall or roof components, in which essentially horizontal rails with recesses are attached to support brackets, into which the cladding panels can be inserted from the side. However, the corresponding work is tedious and cumbersome.

Furthermore, a wall cladding is known in which sandwich panels made of asbestos cement or asbestos silicate panels with mineral fibers arranged therebetween are placed on C-shaped supports, the outer flange of which simultaneously serves to fasten the outer visible trapezoidal sheets.

The disadvantage of this construction is that the vertical forces act at a distance from the supporting structure and thus cause an additional moment in the C-shaped beam. Assembly also requires special care.

Finally, DE-B-2 540 915 discloses a soundproofing and heat-insulating wall cladding of the type specified, in which the holding profiles each consist of a hat profile rod which is open to the interior of the building and to the web of which the outside weather shell is fastened from the inside, while the flanges protruding laterally from the legs of the hat profile bar support the wall panels. It must be welded between the legs of the hat profile, a U-profile piece extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the hat profile bar, which forms with its web a connecting plate which bears on the outside of the vertically upward leg of a steel bracket, which is attached to a supporting structure, and with this is connected by screws. The installation of this wall covering is therefore tedious and cumbersome, even if one takes into account that the welded connections may not have to be carried out on site.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a heat and sound-insulating wall covering of the type specified, which can be mounted by simple insertion so that the loads are introduced directly into the supporting structure, while the direct installation of a curtain is possible.

This object is achieved in that each holding profile is provided with an upward-facing U-shaped recess and a downward-facing U-shaped recess, the lower recess having at least twice the depth of the upper one, and that each element that already is provided in the workshop with a layer of thermal insulation material, with the holders attached to it in the U-shaped receptacles of the holding profiles above and below.

The advantages achieved by the invention are based in particular on attaching a prefabricated component with sound and / or thermal insulation to the supporting structure in one operation in such a way that the line of action of the forces generated by the loads runs directly next to the supporting structure, thereby avoiding critical moments . The privacy and weather protection that is applied in the second work step does not lead to any significant change in the force relationships, since the forces are introduced into the structure via the holder and thus ultimately via the holding profile. In addition, prefabricated parts are used as far as possible, so that assembly is simplified. The corresponding work can also be carried out cleanly without any special previous knowledge, since, as mentioned, the large panels are already prefabricated in the workshop and only need to be hooked into the corresponding U-shaped recesses. Only minor displacements of the assembly platform are required for the corresponding assembly work, so that the risk of accidents is reduced.

Since the lower, U-shaped receptacle has a depth that is at least twice the depth of the upper U-shaped receptacle, the flat elements can be pushed up into the upper U-shaped receptacle so that their lower edge over the associated leg can slide into the lower U-shaped receptacle. The subsequent fixing of the flat elements can expediently be carried out by a screw which is screwed into the lower U-shaped receptacle. This enables assembly from the front with relatively simple steps.

In order to avoid thermal and acoustic bridges in the area of the holding profile between the structure and the outer surface, the area of the holding profiles can be covered with a strip-like thermal insulation including a protective plate.

This construction enables one to form any work area required for assembly in front of the holding profiles in the same way as the rest of the wall, while tolerances and any thermal expansion can be compensated for at the same time.

The ends of the holders projecting beyond the layer of thermal insulation material are provided with legs, to which a shell serving as protection can be attached. The result is a sandwich panel in which, for example, mineral wool is attached to the flat element, which is then covered by a further shell as mechanical protection or to increase sound insulation with heavy material; in addition to mechanical fastening by the holder to the flat element, a direct connection to the mineral wool is also possible.

According to a further embodiment, the holders have a further leg, which is located in the clear distance in front of the layer made of the thermal insulation material or the plate, and on which a weatherproof protective covering is attached as protection.

This construction makes it possible to connect a curtain wall to the wall cladding, so that the forces can be directly introduced into the structure.

The holders are expediently heat and / or sound insulated, which also prevents the formation of heat and / or sound bridges.

If the holding profile can be adjusted, for example by screws, aligning the holding profiles and thus also the wall cladding is considerably simplified.

Fig. 1 shows a supporting structure 1, on which a holding profile, generally indicated by the reference number 2, is fastened with a sheet metal 3; The web 3 is joined by vertical webs 4, 5, which have an upwardly directed U-shaped recess 7 by a leg 6 inclined upward by more than 90 ° and a leg 8 which extends downward and is parallel to the sheet 3 form U-shaped recess 9 directed below. The lower recess 9 has at least twice the insertion depth as the upper recess 7 and has a screw 10 serving as a locking bolt. Inserted, plate-shaped elements 11 are held in the recesses 7 and 9 with a mineral wool layer 12; Holders 13 are arranged at the edge of the mineral wool layer 12, of which a first leg 14 is connected to the plate-shaped element 11 and a second leg 15 and a further leg 16 is connected to a plate 17 serving as a shell or to trapezoidal sheets 18 serving as a cladding. The space between the two holders 13 is filled with a mineral wool strip 19 and covered with a plate strip 20 which is fastened by screws 21.

To assemble this wall covering, the plate-shaped element 11 including the previously installed mineral wool 12, the holder 13 and the plate 17 is inserted into the downwardly open recess 9 of the previously mounted on the structure 1 holding profile 2 and then into the upwardly open, lower 7 recessed. Then the screw 10 is screwed in, which serves as a lock against displacement of the plate-shaped elements 11. The gaps are filled with mineral wool strips 19 and covered with plate strips 20. In a second work step, the trapezoidal sheets 18 serving as cladding or facade are then fastened to the leg 16 of the holder 13 by screws 22.

Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a wall covering, in which the leg 23 parallel to the sheet metal 3 of the downwardly open, lower recess 9 is fastened by means of a screw 24 and can thereby be detached from the holding profile 2, which simplifies the assembly. Protective strips 25 can be inserted between the two legs of the U-shaped recess 9 on the one hand and the legs 14 of the holder 13 or the plate-shaped element 11 on the other hand.

Die Befestigung auf dem Tragwerk 1 erfolgt über einen waagerechten Schenkel 27 des Halteprofils 2 mittels Schrauben 28, was den Höhenausgleich durch Beilagestücke 29 erleichtert.FIG. 3 shows a solution in which the holding profile 2 has only a single, vertical web 26 which fulfills the same function as the webs 4 and 5 in the embodiment according to FIG. 1. The attachment to the structure 1 is carried out via a horizontal leg 27 of the holding profile 2 by means of screws 28, which facilitates height compensation by means of washers 29.

Fig. 4 shows a holding profile 2, the horizontal leg 30 is provided with an adjusting screw 31; with which, for example, the height distance of the holding profile 2 can be adjusted in relation to the supporting structure 1. In order to enable the corresponding changes in position, the screw 32 used to fasten the holding profile 2 to the supporting structure 1 is screwed into an elongated slot 33.

The plate-shaped elements 11 can for example consist of plaster, wood, cement-bound wood chips, asbestos cement, plastic or metal; laminated panels can also be used.

In addition to the trapezoidal sheets mentioned above, asbestos cement and plastic-bonded material are also available as cladding.
