Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung für die zweistufige Aufhängung eines Achsgestells eines Schienenfahrzeugs, die durch zwei Stufen von Federeinrichtungen gebildet ist, von denen die eine (erste Federeinrichtung 15,39) das Lagergehäuse (17) über ein Teil (16, 47) desselben mit einem zwischengeschalteten Längsträger (6, 36) direkt verbindet, der ihrerseits von der anderen Stufe (zweite Federeinrichtung 4, 32, 33) getragen wird, die sich auf unmittelbar mit dem Chasssis (1, 30) des Schienenfahrzeugs verbundenen Stützen abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei zwischengeschaltete Längsträger (6) durch zwei Traversen (7, 8), die symmetrisch bezüglich der Achse (10) des Achsgestells (11) angeordnet sind und dadurch einen steifen Rahmen bilden, der die Geometrie der Einheit sichert, verbunden sind, dass die erste Federeinrichtung (15) in vertikaler Richtung zwischen dem äusserlichen Teil (16) des Lagergehäuses (17) und dem zwischengeschalteten Längsträger (6) angeordnet ist und dass die für die zweite Federeinrichtung (4) bestimmten Stützen aus prismatischen Caissons (2, 3) bestehen, welche dargestellt einen Anschlag bilden, dass sie eine leichte Neigung von unten nach oben und in Gegenrichtung zu den Organen, die die zweite Federeinrichtung bilden, geben.
2. Vorrichtung für die zweistufige Aufhängung eines Achsgestells eines Schienenfahrzeugs, die durch zwei Stufen von Federeinrichtungen gebildet ist, von denen die eine (erste Federeinrichtung 15,39) das Lagergehäuse (17) über ein Teil (16, 17) desselben mit einem zwischengeschalteten Längsträger (6, 36) direkt verbindet, der ihrerseits von der anderen Stufe (zweite Federeinrichtung 4, 32, 33) getragen wird, die sich auf unmittelbar mit den Chassis (1, 30) des Schienenfahrzeuges verbundenen Stützen abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei zwischengeschaltete Längsträger (36) durch zwei Traversen (37, 38), die symmetrisch bezüglich der Achse (41) des Achsgestells (40) angeordnet sind und dadurch einen steifen Rahmen bilden, der die Geometrie der Einheit sichert, verbunden sind, dass die erste Federeinrichtung (39) zwischen dem äusserlichen Teil (47) des Lagergehäuses (43) und prismatischen und geneigt angeordneten Caissons (138) angeordnet ist, wobei diese Caissons mit dem zwischengeschalteten Längsträger (36) fest verbunden sind, dass die zweite Federeinrichtung (32, 33) in vertikaler Richtung aufgebaut ist, um eine horizontale Bewegung zu ermöglichen, und dass um die Führung dieser Vorrichtung sicherzustellen, auf einer Seite dieser Vorrichtung longitudinale Achslenker (55) vorgesehen sind, die an elastischen Kugelgelenken (60, 61) angelenkt sind, von denen die einen mit dem zwischengeschalteten Längsträger (36) und die anderen mit dem Chassis (30) des Schienenfahrzeugs verbunden sind.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn, die die ersten und zweiten Federeinrichtungen bilden, entweder in Form einer Schichtanordnung eines elastischen Metalls und eines deformierbaren, nachgiebigen Materials wie beispielsweise Kautschuck aufgebaut sind, oder dass sie durch schrauben- oder spiralförmige Federn gebildet sind, die mehr oder weniger in einem elastischen Material wie beispielsweise Kautschuck eingebettet sind.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder Ecke des vorgenannten Rahmens ein elastisches Element (104) vorgesehen ist, das sich an der zweiten Federeinrichtung abstützt, um ein ausreichendes, transversales Bewegungsspiel des Rahmens zu ermöglichen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Elemente (104) am Rahmen des Chassis des Schienenfahrzeugs durch äussere, obere Caissons (102 bis 103) befestigt sind, dass die Position jedes oberen elastischen Elements (104) gegenüber der Vertikalen in ähnlicher Weise wie die elastischen Organe der zweiten Federeinrichtung (106) geneigt und ebenfalls quer dergestalt geneigt ist, dass die Normale der ebenen Fläche, die dieses Teil aufweist, durch das fiktive Zentrum der Rotation läuft und dadurch ebenfalls eine gewisse Rotation um die Vertikalachse des Achsgestells zulässt.
