Definitions

  • the invention relates to a large-caliber barrel weapon according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a large-caliber barrel weapon is known (DE-A-2 330 890), in which the shield pins on both sides are arranged in bearing eyes of a rotatable inner ring of a canting bearing, the bearing eyes shown in FIG. 2 receiving both shield pins as plain bearings.
  • this type of storage for example when the barrel weapon is tilted, due to the bearing tolerances existing in the axial direction of the barrel cradle, the barrel weapon is displaced on the barrel cradle axis, with the rotation of the barrel cradle about its axis increasing the bearing play due to wear and tear the gun barrel is able to slide sideways.
  • the fixation of the weapon barrel perpendicular to the barrel cradle axis within the canting bearing also requires a high degree of manufacturing accuracy due to the existing length tolerances of the bearing eyes, the shield pin, the barrel cradle and the canting bearing, means for a subsequent correction and adjustment of the barrel cradle on the barrel cradle axis not being discernible, however are required.
  • the invention is based on the object, in the case of a large-caliber barrel weapon of the type mentioned, to design the shield pin bearing in such a way that a constant adjustment of the cradle carrier without play in the axial direction of the cradle carrier is ensured, but at the same time a lateral displacement of the weapon barrel is prevented and a correction of the center position of the Gun barrel relative to the center position of the carriage in the cradle direction can be carried out with simple means.
  • the invention enables a secure and stable adjustment of the cradle carrier in its axial direction, this position being unaffected by axial bearings preloaded in the axial direction of the cradle carrier even under permanent load.
  • the cradle carrier can be moved together with the two shield journal bearings in the axial direction of the cradle carrier.
  • the shape of the threaded ring is selected in such a way that indentation into the inner wall of the mount due to a low surface pressure is avoided, although a threaded ring, for example when the barrel weapon is at an angle, is exposed to a large load directed in the cradle axis. This ensures that the preload of the axial bearings is maintained, whereby a relaxation of the preload, for example by loosening the threaded ring, is avoided by locking means preventing the threaded ring from turning back.
  • a weapon barrel 7 is rotatably arranged in FIG. 1 via a cradle 12 in its shield pin bearings 3, 4 on both sides.
  • the weapon barrel 7 is guided in a cradle barrel 22 which is fixedly connected to the cradle support 12, with panels 23 protecting the barrel weapon storage.
  • a bottom piece 24 is attached at the rear end of the gun barrel 7, a bottom piece 24 is attached. The barrel brake and rewind systems necessary for the returning barrel are not shown.
  • shield pins 1 which are arranged on both sides in its axial and radial direction, are mounted in associated shield bearing housing 2, axial bearings 3 and radial bearings 4.
  • a threaded ring 5 is adjustably arranged on each shield journal bearing housing 2 facing the mount. Due to the support of the threaded ring 5 on the carriage inner wall 6, shown during the adjustment, for example on the right in FIG. 1, the cradle 12 is able to shift the central position 8 of the weapon barrel 7 by the distance 25 until a correspondence with the central position 10 of the fixed carriage is achieved, which at the same time ensures a favorable installation position for a smooth movement of the cradle 12 . For this purpose, however, it is necessary to turn the threaded ring 5 shown on the left in FIG. 1 in the direction of the mount inner wall 6 until the shield journal bearing housing 2 is supported and the required preload force of the axial bearing 3 is reached.
  • Fig. 2 illustrates the arrangement of the threaded ring 5 on the trunnion bearing housing 2 in a secured position.
  • the threaded ring 5 On its outer casing 18, the threaded ring 5 has grooves 19, which allow the tightening to a required torque by means of a torque wrench and enable a safety element 20 to be received at the bores 21 in the trunnion bearing housing 2.
  • Fastening means (not shown) secure the shield journal bearing housing 2 in the elongated holes 27 arranged in the cradle axis direction after the threaded ring 5 has been supported laterally on the inside of the mount 6 (FIG. 1).
  • FIG. 3 shows an installation situation of the axial bearing 3 and radial bearing 4 located in a shield journal bearing housing 2 and on a journal journal 1, as well as a threaded ring 5 that is not supported on the inner wall 6 of the mount.
  • a cradle 12 which can be easily adjusted in the axial direction has been created, which, with a preloaded shield journal bearing of the cradle 12, enables a pivoting movement of the weapon barrel 7 around the cradle axis without play in the longitudinal direction of the cradle.
  • a permanent axial play-free mounting of the cradle 12 is achieved by a preload force acting on the two axial bearings 3 in the cradle axis direction of the threaded ring 5.
  • the ring 15 of the axial bearing 3 facing away from the shield pin 1 is supported in the shield pin bearing housing 2, while the ring 17 of the same bearing is centered on the shield pin 1, supported and the end face also determines the axial installation space of the inner ring 16 of the radial bearing 4.
  • the shield journal bearing housing 2 allows both the radial bearing 4 and the axial bearing 3 to be installed from one direction on its inner side 13, no further means for fastening the outer ring 14 of the radial bearing being necessary.
