Claims (11)

1. Dispositif pour séparer des rangées de poils de brosse, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend principalement au moins un couteau (1) avec une extrémité tranchante, ce couteau (1) présentant, sur un côté, un plan vertical ou approximativement vertical (29) et, sur le côté opposé commençant à l'extrémité tranchante du couteau, un second côté (21) s'écartant du dit premier côté au moins sur une partie de sa longueur, le couteau (1) étant soumis à un mouvement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière de manière à ce que ce couteau puisse être introduit avec grande précision entre deux rangées de poils de brosse (16,19) par suite d'un mouvement relatif parallèle entre le couteau (1) et la brosse (15), si bien qu'au moins une rangée de poils de brosse (19) peut être recourbée sur le côté en s'écartant d'une rangée voisine (16) de poils de brosse.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, au cas où une brosse (15) doit être fabriquée, les deux rangées extérieures (19, 20) de poils de brosse qui sont constituées de poils de longueur différente de celle des touffes de poils situées entre ces deux rangées extérieures, on prévoit deux couteaux parallèles (1, 2), les côtés verticaux (29, 30) de ces couteaux étant disposés parallèlement aux poils de brosse et en face l'un de l'autre.
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit couteau (1) ou lesdits couteaux (1, 2) est (sont) fixé(s) à une glissière qui peut subir un mouvement d'avancement et de recul par rapport au corps de brosse (15).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite glissière (3) peut se déplacer le long de guides (4, 5) qui sont parallèles aux rangées de poils de brosse, ladite glissière (3) étant contrôlée au moyen d'une came appropriée (6), tandis que des dispositifs de recul, par exemple, des ressorts de rappel (10, 11) sont prévus entre cette glissière (3) et les supports fixes (8, 9), de manière à maintenir la glissière (3) en contact permanent avec la came (6) précitée ou un dispositif analogue.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit couteau (1) présente une section transversale en forme de triangle rectangle ou approximativement rectangle, tandis qu'un côté de l'angle droit (29) est vertical ou approximativement vertical, tandis que le second côté de l'angle droit est situé au-dessus et qu'à l'extrémité avant est prévue une face inclinée (21) qui s'étend nettement vers l'extrémité libre et vers le côté latéral vertical (29) du couteau (1).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit couteau (1) a une section transversale de forme triangulaire, avec un angle obtus, l'angle obtus étant orienté vers le dessus et vers les rangées intérieures de poils de brosse.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une face latérale (29) du couteau (1) est verticale, tandis que la face latérale opposée s'écarte progressivement de ladite face latérale (29) en commençant à l'extrémité tranchante et au moins à l'endroit où le couteau (1) vient en contact avec les poils de brosse.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que deux côtés de l'angle droit des couteaux se font face, tandis que les deux autres côtés de l'angle droit sont situés au-dessus.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité tranchante du couteau est située sur un plan incliné (21).
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité tranchante inclinée du couteau (1) est plus proéminente à sa face inférieure.
11. Dispositif selon les revendications (6, 7, ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité tranchante est pourvue d'une face inclinée supplémentaire (29), afin de donner à cette extrémité une forme triangulaire (28).
