Le but est la creation d'un double vitrage isolant sans mastic comportant deux ou trois feuilles de verre fabricable industriellement d'apres les dimensions du cadre d'un vantail de fenetre avec un vide entre les vitres tres grand pour une protection maximale contre la chaleur et le bruit, pour lequel l'installation de rideaux, de croisillons, de carreaux a l'epreuve des cambrioleurs et des balles ou analogues est possible, dans lequel le remplissage du vide entre les vitres par deux soupapes avec un gaz sec ainsi que le controle visuel par un indicateur incorpore est realise, sans perdre la possibilite de reparation par l'echange d'une vitre defectueuse et de remplissage du vide entre les vitres. Solution: Un cadre (1) comportant un profil special en elastomere entoure et separe les bords des vitres (6) et forme le vitrage, lui-meme entoure d'un cadre profile de support (7) aux dimensions exactes et soude par points aux angles (17), et comprime par les profiles lateraux encliquetables (11) a l'aide d'une presse produisant une forte pression pour former le double vitrage pret au montage et transportable. Deux soupapes (8) par vide entre les vitres et un indicateur (10) garantissent le remplissage avec un gaz sec ainsi qu'un controle continu de l'etat du gaz, qui est aussi repetitif apres l'ecoulement du temps de garantie. L'encliquetage des profiles (11) est demontable par des operations mecaniques, ce qui permet l'echange d'une vitre.
