Claims (5)

1. Tiefziehpresse, bestehend in bekannter Art aus einem Tisch (4), auf welchem ein Gesenk (14) festgespannt ist, einer Rondenspannvorrichtung (20), die oberhalb des Tisches (4) angeordnet ist, einer Hauptführungsplatte (6), die vertikal gegenüber dem Tisch (4) verschiebbar ist und an der ein Tiefziehstempel (16) festgespannt ist, einer Führungsplatte (8) für die Rondenspanneinrichtung, wenigstens einem Antrieb (12) für die Rondenspannvorrichtung, um die Führungsplatte (8) für die Rondenspannvorrichtung vertikal gegenüber dem Tisch (4) zu verstellen, Druckstangen, die an einem ihrer Enden mit der Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) und am anderen Ende mit der Führungsplatte (8) der Rondenspannvorrichtung fest verbunden sind und die dazu bestimmt sind, die Spannwirkung der Führungsplatte (8) auf die Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) zu übertragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Druckstangen von der Kolbenstange (24) eines Zylinders (26) gebildet ist, der auf der Führungsplatte (8) der Rondenspannvorrichtung befestigt ist, daß der Zylinder (26) mit einer Einrichtung (28) zum Regeln der Länge durch Formabtastung versehen ist, die automatisch sperr- und entsperrbar ist, wobei die Einrichtungen zum Sperren und Entsperren der Kolbenstange (24) des Zylinders (26) von einer Buchse (30) gebildet sind, die um die Stange angeordnet und fest mit dem Zylinder (26) verbunden ist und die Sperrung und Entsperrung der Kolbenstange (24) durch gesteuertes Spannen mittels eines hydraulischen Druckes durchgeführt wird, wobei die Kolbenstangen (24) an ihren unteren Enden (24a) Einrichtungen zum Schnellverriegeln an der Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) aufweisen. f
2. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrung der Kolbenstange (24) mittels eines hydraulischen Drucks bewirkbar ist, der von außen auf die Buchse (30) ausgeübt wird.
3. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, daß die Buchse (30) eine Bohrung aufweist, deren Durchmesser kleiner als der der Kolbenstange (24) ist, daß die Verriegelung durch Reibung letzterer auf der elastischen Deformation der vorhandenen Materialien beruht und daß die Entriegelung durch einen hydraulischen Druck erzielt wird, der gleichförmig zwischen die zwei einander berührenden Flächen eingeführt wird.
4. Verfahren zum Regeln der Schubstangen der Rondenspannvorrichtung an einer Presse, enthaltend einen Tisch (4), auf dem ein Gesenk (14) festgespannt ist, eine Rondenspannvorrichtung (20), die über dem Tisch (4) angeordnet ist, eine Hauptführungsplatte (6), die vertikal gegenüber dem Tisch (4) beweglich ist und an der ein Stempel (16) festgespannt ist, eine Führungsplatte (8) für die Rondenspannvorrichtung, wenigstens einen Antrieb (12) für die Rondenspannvorrichtung, um die Führungsplatte (8) der Rodenspannvorrichtung vertikal gegenüber dem Tisch (4) zu verschieben, Schubstangen, die mit ihrem einen Ende an der Rodenspannvorrichtung (20) und mit ihrem anderen Ende mit der Führungsplatte (8) der Rodenspannvorrichtung fest verbunden sind und die dazu bestimmt sind, die Spannkraft von der Führungsplatte (8) auf die Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) zu übertragen, wobei jede der Schubstangen von der Kolbenstange (24) eines Zylinders (26) gebildet ist, der an der Führungsplatte (8) der Rondenspannvorrichtung befestigt ist und der mit einer Einrichtung (28) zum Regeln der Länge durch Formabtastung versehen ist, die automatisch verriegel- und entriegelbar ist, wobei die Einrichtungen zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln der Kolbenstange (24) des Zylinders (26) von einer Buchse (30) gebildet sind, die um die Kolbenstange angeordnet und mit dem Zylinder (26) fest verbunden ist und die Verriegelung und Entriegelung der Kolbenstange (24) durch Klemmen bewirkt wird, das mittels eines hydraulischen Druckes beeinflußt wird und die Kolbenstangen (24) an ihren unteren Enden (24a) Einrichtungen zum Schnellverriegeln an der Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) tragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Montieren der Werkzeuge
- man die Führungsplatte (8) der Rondenspannvorrichtung an der Tiefziehführungsplatte (6) zur Anlage bringt ;
- man die Kolbenstangen (24) der Zylinder (26) entriegelt und man sie nach unten bewegt, bis sie an der Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) anstoßen ;
- man automatisch die Verriegelung der Kolbenstangen (24) auf ein Signal hin steuert, das die Zuführung von hydraulischem Druck in die Zylinder (26) ermittelt ;
- man die Enden (24a) der Kolbenstangen (24) an der Rondenspannvorrichtung (20) befestigt.
