Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrodynamic system for electroacoustic transducers, consisting of a core magnet system designed as a pot magnet system with a membrane and moving coil.
- the invention relates to a special shape and arrangement of the components of this system.
- Electrodynamic systems are used in telephone sets for electroacoustic transducers in the form of earphone capsules and microphone capsules, and furthermore in the form of small loudspeakers for listening to loudspeakers or for emitting a sound-frequency ringing signal. Since such converters are usually manufactured in very large numbers, their cost-effectiveness with regard to the use of materials and rational, largely automated manufacturing possibilities is of crucial importance.
- the object of the invention is to provide a design for an electrodynamic system for electroacoustic transducers, in which both the material expenditure and the time expenditure for the production of the components and also for their assembly to form the system or transducer are considerably reduced. This task is solved by the measures laid down in the patent claims.
- the electrodynamic system 1 shows a first exemplary embodiment of an electrodynamic system 1 in section.
- the electrodynamic system 1 has the following parts: a first pole iron 2, of plate-like shape, is covered with a magnet 3, preferably a cylindrical shape; a second pole iron 4 is arranged on the flat surface of the magnet 3 opposite the first pole iron 2; a membrane 5, for example thermoformed from plastic film, lies with its flat edge 6, see FIG. 1 a, between the cranked edge 7 of the first pole iron 2 and the cranked edge 8 of a third pole iron 9 of an annular shape.
- the membrane 5 is firmly clamped between the edge of the first pole iron 2 and the edge of the third pole iron 9.
- the assembly is advantageously started in a position in which the plate-shaped pole iron 2 lies below.
- the annular working air gap 11 of the electrodynamic one results Systems 1 in which a moving coil 13 sits on a shoulder 12, see FIGS. 1b / 2b, of the membrane 5.
- the shoulder 12 can be made slightly conical, as indicated in Fig. Lb / 2b. This makes it easy to assemble the plunger 13 in a force-fitting manner on the shoulder 12 of the membrane 5.
- the plunger coil 12 can also be fixed by an adhesive 14.
- the moving coil 13 can be pushed onto the diaphragm 5 both before assembly and, using appropriate devices, after assembly of the magnet system.
- the edge of the first pole iron 2 and the edge of the third pole iron are not cranked, as in the first example according to FIGS. 1 and la, but the cut surfaces of these edges face each other front, with the edge 6 of the membrane between them 5 is clamped.
- the magnetic resistance of the joint between the first pole iron 2 and the third pole iron 9 is sufficient
- the dimensioning of the clamping surface is negligible due to the small thickness of the membrane 5 of, for example, about a tenth of a millimeter, so that there is no practically meaningful loss of magnetic induction in the working air gap 11.
- FIG. 3 shows a partial assembly as a sectional drawing of an electroacoustic transducer as an advantageous development of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and la.
- the electromagnetic system 1 see FIGS. 1 and 1 a, is mounted here in a cup-shaped housing 15, for example molded from plastic, which has a central pin 16 on the inside.
- the magnet 3a and the second pole iron 4a of this magnet system are each provided with a central opening adapted to the diameter of the pin 16. They are therefore centered in the assembled state by the central pin 16 in the housing 15.
- the first pole iron 2a has a somewhat larger central opening than the diameter of the pin 16.
- the first pole iron 2a, as well as the membrane 5, and also the third pole iron 9, or their outer contours, are namely in the assembled state by the inner contours of the housing 15 centered relative to the magnet 3a and the second pole iron 4a.
- the described centering during assembly is sufficiently precise to ensure free swinging of the moving coil 13 in the working air gap 11 of the magnet system.
- first pole iron 2a, the magnet 3a and the second pole iron 4a are fastened by deforming the pin end 17, then further fastening measures are unnecessary, since the ring-shaped third pole iron 9 is held by the first pole iron 2a after the magnetization of the system by the strong magnetic attraction force and the Membrane 5 is clamped in between at its edge.
- a Helmholtz resonator is obtained, the resonance frequency of which can be used in a known manner to influence the frequency response of the electroacoustic transducer. If necessary, this resonance can easily be dampened by a medium inserted between the housing base and the first pole iron 2a during assembly. For example, a piece of gauze cut to a ring shape can be used as such a medium, for which special attachment is then unnecessary.
- FIG. 4 shows an assembly as a sectional drawing of an electroacoustic transducer as an advantageous development of the invention according to the first exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 a, 1 b and 3.
- the electrodynamic system consisting of magnet 3a, the pole iron 2a, 4a, 9, the membrane 5 with plunger coil 13 is mounted here in the pot-shaped plastic housing 15 according to FIG. 3.
- the housing 15 is closed by a bottom 19.
- Contact pieces 20 are inserted through the bottom 19.
- the wire ends 21 of the moving coil 13 are soldered to the contact pieces 20 before the housing base is inserted.
- the capsule consisting of housing 15 with the electrodynamic system and bottom 19, is closed by a hood 23 made of sheet metal, wherein the edge of which is flanged at the bottom 19.
- the amplifier circuit of the microphone can also be accommodated in a correspondingly designed base 19. (Not shown in Fig. 4)

Abstract
Description
- Dabei zeigt:
- Fig. 1 ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines elektrodynamischen Systems;
- Fig. la ein Detail des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels;
- Fig. 2 ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel eines elektrodynamischen Systems;
- Fig. 2a ein Detail des zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels;
- Fig. lb/ 2b ein weiteres Detail des ersten und zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels;
- Fig. 3 eine Teilzusammenstellung als Schnittzeichnung eines elektroakustischen Wandlers als Weiterbildung des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels gemäss Fig. 1 und la;
