Claims (11)

1. Gleisbaumaschine, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, wenigstens teilweise auf nicht mit Schienen versehenen Schwellen zu arbeiten und/oder sich zu bewegen, mit einer Translationsvorrichtung (1), die mit wenigstens einem Paar von auf Unterlegplatten oder Ausfräsungen der schienenlosen Schwellen (2) rollenden oder gleitenden Einrichtungen versehen ist und von mit dem Gestell (28) der Maschine verbundenen Mitteln angetrieben wird, wobei die Translationsvorrichtung während der Arbeitsgänge einen Teil der Maschinenbelastung trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zusätzliche Vorrichtungen (7, 30) aufweist, welche das Gestell (28) der Maschine mit Hilfe vertikal ausziehbarer Organe tragen, um die Translationsvorrichtung von einem Teil der Belastung zu entlasten, daß die erwähnten zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen (7, 30) parallel zu den Seitenteilen der Translationsvorrichtung und außerhalb dieser Seitenteile angeordnet sind, daß sie eine Länge haben, die gleich der Länge des von wenigstens drei längs des Gleises aufeinanderfolgenden Schwellen eingenommenen Abschnitts ist und daß sie mit Mitteln zum Abstützen und Vorrücken auf den Endbereichen der Schwellen (2) versehen sind.

Gleisbaumaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine ein Gleiserneuerungszug zum Ersetzen alter Schienen und/oder alter Schwellen durch neue Schienen und/oder neue Schwellen ist und zwei Wagengestelle aufweist, die durch ein Gelenk verbunden sind und auf zwei äußeren Fahrgestellen und einem mittleren Fahrgestell ruhen, daß die Ausrüstung zur Demontage der alten Schienen zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Fahrgestell angeordnet ist, daß die Ausrüstung zum Aufnehmen der Schwellen, zur Aufbereitung des Schotters, zum Verlegen der neuen Schwellen und zum Verlegen der neuen Schienen zwischen dem zweiten und dem dritten Fahrgestell angeordnet ist und daß das zweite Fahrgestell während der Arbeitsgänge auf der Translationsvorrichtung ruht.

Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen (7, 30), die das Maschinengestell (28) tragen, mit der Translationsvorrichtung durch Einrichtungen (17, 18; 51) gekuppelt sind, welche ihre vertikale Verschiebung erlauben und ihren Antrieb parallel zu der auf den Unterlegplatten (3) oder den Ausfräsungen der Schwellen (2) gleitenden oder rollenden Einrichtung (1) gewährleisten.
4. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen (30), die das Maschinengestell (28) tragen, Rollgestelle sind.
5. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen (7), die das Maschinengestell (28) tragen, Raupenketten sind.
6. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausziehbaren Organe (16) hydraulische oder pneumatische Hebeböcke sind.
7. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtungen Schwingarme (51) sind.
8. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtungen ein Gleitstück mit T-Profil (18) aufweisen, welches vertikal im Innern einer entsprechenden Gleitschiene (17) gleitet, wobei Gleitschiene und Gleitstücke an den betreffenden, miteinander zu kuppelnden Vorrichtungen befestigt sind.
9. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausziehbaren Organe (16) automatisch steuerbar und einstellbar sind, um die Stabilität der Maschine aufrechtzuerhalten und die Translationsvorrichtung zu entlasten.
10. Gleisbaumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebssystem (29) für die Translationsvorrichtung Mittel aufweist, um die rollenden und/oder gleitenden Einrichtungen (1) senkrecht zu den Schwellen (2) zu orientieren.
11. Gleisbaumaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die rollenden und/oder gleitenden Einrichtungen (1) orientierende System ein horizontal angeordneter hydraulischer oder pneumatischer Druckzylinder (20) ist.
