Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sound-absorbing bracket for fastening installation parts or components to ceilings, walls or other beams with a metallic molded part, which has a cylindrical recess into which a one-piece damper made of elastic material with a protrusion on both sides is used, which has a central passage, through which the shaft of a fastening or connecting element with expansion effect is passed.
  • a sound-absorbing bracket of this type is known from DE-A-2109812.
  • the damper is formed by a molded part made of rubber, which has a groove running all around and which can be buttoned into a bore in a U-shaped bracket.
  • the known holder has the disadvantage that the production of the button-shaped rubber molded part is complex and that the buttoning of the molded rubber part into the bore of the bracket is associated with considerable assembly effort.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a sound-absorbing bracket, the manufacturing and assembly costs are less than in the known sound-absorbing brackets and which is particularly suitable for fastening pipes.
  • the damper is a piece of thick-walled rubber hose with a circular cross section, which is inserted into the recess to form a radial constriction and is biased in the axial direction by means of the shaft penetrating it.
  • thick-walled is understood here to mean a tube profile in which the wall thickness has at least the dimension of the inside diameter.
  • the use of a piece of hose, which is produced, for example, by cutting off the one-piece extruded hose, is very inexpensive and requires only low tool costs. Due to the simple shape of the rubber damper, the size of the protrusions can be adjusted during assembly. The constriction and axial preload of the damper resulting from the assembly ensure a reliable hold in the bore of the metallic molded part. This also achieves an initial bias value that is important for sound absorption.
  • the bracket according to the invention is undemanding in terms of assembly effort and its sound-absorbing effect is largely independent of the assembly design.
  • the diameter of the rubber damper corresponds approximately to the length of the damper in the order of magnitude.
  • the metallic molded part can be a flat steel, preferably multi-unwound, which has the bore for the rubber damper at one end and a bore for the fastening or connecting element at the other end.
  • the pretension of the rubber damper is achieved in that the rubber damper is prestressed in the axial direction against the supporting structure by means of a pressure plate pushed onto the shaft of the fastening element and is bulged on both sides of the constriction, or that it is pushed over a pressure plate pushed onto the shaft of the connecting element when there is a load between the latter Plate and the constriction is bulged on one side. If the rubber damper is destroyed in the event of a fire, the pressure plate prevents the bracket from falling apart because its diameter is larger than the diameter of the bore receiving the rubber damper.
  • the molded part can be fastened by means of the fastening element via the damper to the supporting structure and the connecting element directly to the free end of the molded part.
  • the molded part can also be attached directly to the support structure and the connecting element can engage in the central bore of the damper located at the free end of the molded part.
  • 1 essentially consists of a molded part 1 and a damper 2.
  • the molded part 1 consists of flat steel measuring 30 x 2.5 mm and 115 mm extended length. It is angled as a U-profile with the dimensions 30 x 55 x 30 mm and has a hole 4, 4 'in each of the two short legs 3, 3'.
  • the damper 2 is inserted with projections 9, 10 on both sides, and this is pressed into the bore 4, which is small relative to its outer diameter, in such a way that a constriction 5 is formed in the elastic body of the damper 2.
  • the preload caused by the constriction 5 in the damper 2 is increased in that the fastening element 6 with its shaft 7, the diameter of which by an amount, for example by 1.5 mm, is larger than the hole in damper 2 is inserted into it with spreading action.
  • the molded part 1 is screwed onto the supporting structure 8 by means of a fastening element 6 via the damper 2, the damper 2 being compressed in the axial direction. These axially acting prestressing forces the damper on both sides 9, 10 in the radial direction.
  • a bore 4 ' is arranged in the lower leg 3' of the molded part 1 and serves to receive a connecting element 11 designed as a threaded rod.
  • the threaded rod is firmly screwed to both sides of the leg 3 'by means of threaded nuts 12, 12'.
  • a pipe clamp (not shown) can be attached to the connecting element 11 for a pipeline which is subjected to strong flow noises from a flowing medium. These noises continue in the form of structure-borne sound waves via the pipe clamp, the connecting element 11 and the molded part 1.
  • the prestressed damper 2 prevents further transmission of the structure-borne sound waves to the supporting structure 8.
  • the molded part 1 of the holder is fastened directly to the masonry 15 of the supporting structure 8 via a fastening element 6, which comprises a screw 13 and a wall plug 14.
  • the connecting element 11, which carries a sound-affected installation part, is fastened to the molded part 1 via the damper 2.
  • the damper 2 is biased in the axial direction between the nuts 12, 12 'and the washers 16, 16'.
  • the amount of bulging which can be detected without difficulty, for example with a slide gauge, can be determined as the amount of the preload and this can be dimensioned and checked accordingly.
  • FIG. 3 is provided with an otherwise functionally identical arrangement as in FIG. 2 with a differently shaped molded part 1, which is suitable for arranging a fastening element with a horizontal axis.
  • the molded part 1 is angled in an S shape and fastened directly with the fastening element 6 in the masonry 15 of the supporting structure 8.
  • the damper 2 is inserted into the bore 4 with radial constriction 5 and protrusion on both sides 9, 10 under prestress.
  • the connecting element 11 is a simple, threadless wire hook, which is inserted from above with a spreading effect into the bore of the damper 2.
  • the damper 2 is made from a section of a thick-walled rubber hose.
  • the washers 16, 16 ' serve both a good support of the head or a threaded nut of the fastening screw 6 or the connecting element 6, 11 and also to prevent the holder from falling apart if the rubber damper 2 is destroyed by fire or acids.
  • the diameter of these disks 16, 16 'must therefore be larger than the diameter of the recess 4 in the molded part 1.
  • This flanged edge prevents any sharp sheet metal edges from cutting into the rubber damper 2 under higher loads.
  • the molded part 1 can also be formed from a sheet metal wall, which is fastened to a wall in a sound-absorbing manner by a plurality of dampers 2.
  • the cutting of a relatively thin sheet metal wall in the damper 2 can also be prevented by an open sheet metal ring 21 with an angular profile, which is inserted into the recess 4 of the sheet metal part 1.
  • the jacket of the damper lies against the cylindrical part of the sheet metal ring. Since the sheet metal ring is open, it widens when the damper is spread.
  • the radially extending flange 22 serves as a stop and, when properly seated, bears against one side of the sheet metal part 1.
  • the sheet metal ring 21 is expediently pushed over the essentially cylindrical damper 2, and then the damper together with the sheet metal ring 21 is inserted into the recess 4 of the molded part 1.
  • a two-part clamping sleeve 23, 24 is used in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 7, which is inserted into the central passage of the damper 2.
  • the mutually facing ends of the clamping sleeve parts 23, 24 are conical.
  • the conical part of part 23 comprises the corresponding, but opposite conical part of the other clamping sleeve part 24.
  • the comprehensive part 23 of the clamping sleeve is opened by a slot 25.
  • the clamping sleeve part 24 slides into the slotted clamping sleeve part 23, so that it is widened and presses the only slightly preloaded damper 2 more strongly to the outside.
  • 7 shows the state before the damper is axially preloaded.
  • a stop 27 which is formed by an inner edge of one of the two clamping sleeve parts 23 or 24, the preload that can be applied can be limited to a certain extent.
  • the tapered edge of the slotted clamping sleeve part 23 serves as a stop. As soon as this edge hits the pane 16, a further prestress cannot be applied.
  • the jacket of the damper can be reinforced, for example, by a steel or nylon fabric or net (28).
  • the correct fit of the damper 2 in the recess 4 of the molded part 1 can be ensured by a molded-in, radial step or groove to be achieved.
  • the elastic damper is forced into the recess 4 of the molded part 1 until the molded part abuts the step or engages in a low groove.
