Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for vertical mounting of several independently pivotable devices at the upper end of a mast, in particular antennas on an antenna mast, in which the devices are superimposed in the longitudinal direction of the mast and each device is assigned its own rotary drive.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, in which a largely coaxial and thus symmetrical design and arrangement of the rotary drives and the essential parts of the brackets for the devices allows and at the same time a simple structure and above all a simple assembly the entire mounting device is achieved on the mast, so as to reduce assembly work and set-up times as much as possible, especially for mobile devices.
- the rotary drives are arranged coaxially in that the non-rotatable part of the first rotary drive seen from the mast end is detachably connected at one end to the mast end and at the other end to a coaxial connecting support tube that the output shaft of this the first rotary drive is detachably connected to a hollow shaft rotatably mounted on the connection carrier tube, on which the carrier of the associated device is arranged, and that the non-rotatable part of the next following rotary drive is detachably connected to at least the preceding connection carrier tube and the output shaft of this rotary drive to the carrier or its Hollow shaft of the next device are connected.
- all detachable connections are designed as coaxial plug connections with a locking device.
- the respective structural units can be plugged into one another and locked or detached from one another in the shortest possible time.
- a design which is particularly expedient both in terms of the design and also in terms of assembly and disassembly is achieved in a further embodiment of the invention if the element of the non-rotatable part of the rotary drive connected to the connection carrier tube as one is formed by the hollow output shaft passed through the profile rod, which enters a complementarily profiled recess in the connection carrier tube during the establishment of the connection, and that the subsequent hollow shaft for the equipment carrier can be plugged onto the hollow output shaft with a hollow connecting piece, through which the profile rod is passed and on which supports the lower end of the hollow shaft. All required non-rotatable and rotating connections can be achieved in this way by simple plug-in processes and locking. This basic arrangement can also be repeated for more than two devices to be held.
- the drawing shows a mounting device which is used in particular for vertical mounting of several antennas which can be pivoted independently of one another at the upper end of an antenna mast, the antennas being mounted one above the other in the longitudinal direction of the mast as the devices to be held.
- the upper end of the support mast is designated 1 and has a receiving pipe socket 2, on which a suitable quick lock 3 is arranged for the subsequent connection. Seen from the upper mast end 1 follows a first rotary drive 4 in a suitable embodiment, for. B. an electric motor.
- the non-rotatable part here a non-rotatable connecting piece 5 can be inserted into the receiving pipe socket 2 and locked there via the quick lock 3.
- the non-rotatable part of the rotary drive 4 in particular the non-rotatable housing, is connected to the upper end 1 of the mast.
- the output shaft 6 of the rotary drive 4 is designed as a hollow shaft.
- a profile rod 7 is passed through this hollow output shaft 6 and protrudes in the longitudinal direction of the mast.
- This profile rod 7 thus maintains its position relative to the mast 1 while the hollow output shaft 6 rotates during operation of the rotary drive 4.
- the parts 5, 6 and 7 of the rotary drive 4 are thus arranged coaxially.
- a connection carrier tube 8 coaxial with this arrangement is a connection carrier tube 8, which continues upwards in the longitudinal direction of the mast.
- a hollow shaft 9 is rotatably supported, as indicated by the bearing 10 in Fig. 2.
- This hollow shaft 9 is connected at the lower end to a hollow connecting pipe socket 11 via a flange connection 12.
- connection carrier pipe 8 is supported at the lower end, while it extends further upward from the upper end of the hollow shaft 9 in the longitudinal direction of the mast.
- the carrier 13 for the respectively assigned device, for. B. an antenna.
- the connection carrier tube 8 has an annular disc 14, which is provided with a recess 15 which is complementary to the profile of the profile rod 7.
- the assembly formed from the connection carrier tube 8 and the hollow shaft 9 with the connection pipe socket 11 can be detachably connected to the first assembly formed from the rotary drive 4.
- the connecting pipe socket 11 of the hollow shaft 9 is pushed onto the hollow drive shaft 6 of the rotary drive 4.
- the profile rod 7 enters the recess 15 of the annular disk 14 of the connection carrier tube 8.
- connection carrier tube 8 is thus also connected in a rotationally fixed manner via 15, 7 and 5 to the upper end 1 of the supporting mast, while the hollow shaft 9 and thus the device attached to the carrier 13 , e.g. B. an antenna can be pivoted using the rotary drive 4.
- a suitable quick lock 16 on the connecting pipe socket 11 serves to lock the plug connection from FIGS. 6, 7, 11 and 15.
- the non-rotatable part 17 of the next rotary drive 18 is detachably connected, namely the non-rotatable part 17 of the rotary drive 18 is designed as a receptacle pipe socket and can be plugged onto the upper end of the connection carrier tube 8, with a suitable connection for locking this connector Quick lock 19 is used.
- the output shaft of the second rotary drive 18 is, as shown at 20, connected to the carrier of the next device, z. B. an antenna not shown here.
- the carrier 20 can be pivoted independently of the rotary movement of the hollow shaft 9.
- the rotary drive 18 and the rotary drive 4 as well as the unit consisting of connection carrier tube 8 and hollow shaft 9 are arranged coaxially to one another.
- the drawing shows the coaxial and thus axially symmetrical arrangement of the entire mounting device with the few exceptions that are insignificant with regard to the loads described, with the advantages described in detail at the beginning.
- the exemplary embodiment described shows the particularly simple assembly and disassembly of the entire mounting device, due to the coaxiality and the detachable, in particular as a plug Connections trained connections between the individual units is achieved.

Description
Vom oberen Mastende 1 her gesehen folgt ein erster Drehantrieb 4 in geeigneter Ausgestaltung, z.
