Claims (6)

1. Broyeur malaxeur constitué d'une cuve de broyage (3) avec un agitateur entraînable à grande vitesse disposé dans la cuve (3) ; entre l'agitateur et la paroi de la cuve (3) est disposé un espace annulaire cylindrique (23) étroit servant d'espace de broyage partiellement rempli de corps de broyage (24) ; à une extrémité de cet espace est branché un canal d'entrée (20) de produit à broyer, et à l'autre extrémité est prévu un dispositif de séparation (25) pour séparer le produit broyé des corps de broyage (24), caractérisé en ce qu'à partir de l'espace de broyage (espace annulaire cylindrique (23)) à proximité du dispositif de séparation (25) est aménagé par fixation à la cuve de broyage (3) un canal de retour (34) à proximité du canal d'entrée (20) du produit à broyer et en ce que dans le canal de retour (34) est disposé un élément de réglage (37) déplaçable pour modifier le diamètre libre du canal de retour (34).
2. Broyeur malaxeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal de retour (34) est aménagé dans le canal d'entrée (20) du produit à broyer.
3. Broyeur malaxeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal de retour (34) débouche environ dans un plan radial au-dessus d'un raccord de retour (35) sortant de l'espace de broyage (espace annulaire cylindrique (23)).
4. Broyeur malaxeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage (37) est disposé dans le raccord de retour (35).
5. Broyeur malaxeur selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface de déflexion (38) est formée sur l'élément de réglage (37).
6. Broyeur malaxeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'entrée (20) du produit à broyer présente un élargissement à l'orifice d'entrée (39) du canal de retour . (34) vu dans la direction d'alimentation (40) du produit à broyer.
