Claims (6)

1. Dispositif de commutation électrique actionné par pression comprenant un boîtier (2) sur lequel est monté un couvercle (6), avec interposition d'une membrane (10) sollicitée par la pression, qui est ainsi serrée au niveau de son bord, et dans lequel est disposé au moins un commutateur à action brusque (20, 20b, 20c) dont le porte- contacts de commutation mobile est constitué par un ressort lame (34) s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à la membrane (10) et fixé dans le boîtier (13), dans la surface duquel est découpée une languette (38) dont la racine se trouve sur le côté de la zone d'encastrement du ressort lame (34), et dont l'extrémité libre s'appuie par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort (44) sur l'extrémité du ressort lame (34) qui porte les contacts de commutation (32), cette languette (38) pouvant être éloignée de la membrane (10) par un élément presseur (18), selon un mouvement de commutation qui se déroule perpendiculairement à la membrane (10), de telle manière qu'elle mette les contacts de commutation (32) situés à l'extrémité du ressort lame (34), par l'intermédiaire du ressort (44), alternativement en contact avec l'un ou l'autre de deux contacts fixes (50, 52) disposés dans le boîtier (13) pour chaque commutateur à action brusque (20, 20b, 20c), au moins l'un des contacts fixes (52) étant réglable et en outre, un ressort additionnel (62) qui prend appui par une extrémité sur une vis (64) vissée dans le boîtier (13) étant disposé entre chaque languette (38) et le boîtier (13) pour le réglage du point de commutation de chaque commutateur à action brusque (20, 20b, 20c), caractérisé en ce que, dans la direction d'actionnement du ressort lame (34) d'au moins un commutateur à action brusque (20, 20b, 20c), entre la languette (38) de ce commutateur et le boîtier (2), est placé un commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70), qui peut être actionné mécaniquement et directement par la languette (38) mais en restant isolé de celle-ci, ce commutateur possédant deux butées (82, 84) dont au moins l'une constitue un contact (84).

Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70) comprend deux ressorts lames (72, 74), qui s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement l'un à l'autre, et dont chacun est encastré à une extrémité, l'un de ces ressorts étant recourbé à peu près en forme de crochet à son extrémité libre, et en ce qu'un ressort en oméga (78) est interposé entre l'extrémité en crochet de ce ressort lame (74) et l'extrémité libre de l'autre ressort lame (72) du commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70).
3. Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les ressorts lames (72, 74) sont fixés par leurs extrémités encastrées dans une lame métallique (76) qui est montée rigidement dans le boîtier (2) et forme une broche à l'extérieur du boîtier (2).
4. Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des butées (82, 84) du commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70) est réglable.
5. Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en de que la languette (38) du ressort lame (34) du commutateur à action brusque (20) disposé au-dessus du commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70) porte un rivet (89) en matière non conductrice de l'électricité dans la région de coopération avec le commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70).
6. Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'un des contacts fixe (84) du commutateur de sécurité à action brusque (70) est relié électriquement au ressort lame (34) du commutateur à action brusque (20) situé au-dessus.
