Claims (9)
- 低圧室と高圧室とを仕切り当該高圧室の圧力変動により変位する感圧部材と、前記低圧室に設けられて前記感圧部材の変位に伴って移動する作動部材と、前記作動部材の移動に伴ってスイッチを切り替える切替手段と、前記作動部材の移動を前記切替手段に伝達する伝達部材と、前記感圧部材を前記高圧室に向かって付勢することで初期圧縮力を付加する付勢手段と、を備えた圧力スイッチであって、
前記付勢手段は、前記作動部材の移動方向と交差する交差面に沿うとともに前記作動部材に対して第1位置において付勢力を作用させる板ばねを有し、前記作動部材を介して前記板ばねの付勢力を前記感圧部材に作用させ、
前記伝達部材は、前記第1位置から離隔した第2位置にて前記作動部材の移動が伝達され、
前記付勢手段は、前記板ばねの一端側が固定されるとともに他端側が移動自在に支持されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 前記板ばねの他端側には、前記感圧部材への付勢力を調節する調節手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力スイッチ。
- 前記板ばねは、前記作動部材を挿通させる挿通孔を有し、
前記作動部材は、前記挿通孔を貫通する軸部と、前記軸部よりも前記感圧部材側にて拡径された拡径部と、を有し、
前記第1位置は、前記板ばねにおける前記挿通孔の周辺部に対して前記作動部材の前記拡径部が当接する位置であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧力スイッチ。 - 前記板ばねの前記挿通孔の周辺部は、球面凹状に形成され、前記作動部材の拡径部は、球面凸状に形成され、前記周辺部と前記拡径部とが面接触または線接触で当接可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力スイッチ。
- 前記第1位置と前記第2位置とは、前記作動部材の移動方向に沿った直線上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力スイッチ。
- 前記伝達部材は、支点を中心に回動可能に設けられ、前記作動部材に対する作用点から前記支点までの第1作用距離よりも、前記切替手段に対する作用点から前記支点までの第2作用距離の方が大きく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力スイッチ。
- 前記第1作用距離と前記第2作用距離との比が変更可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧力スイッチ。
- 前記感圧部材は、金属製の薄板材から全体円板状に形成されるとともに、前記低圧室に向かって凸となるドーム状の凸状部を有したダイアフラムによって構成され、
前記作動部材は、前記凸状部に当接し前記ダイアフラムの変位に追従して移動可能に設けられ、
前記付勢手段によって前記凸状部を自然状態よりも前記高圧室の側に付勢した初期圧縮状態において、前記凸状部の前記低圧室の側への凸形状が維持されていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力スイッチ。 - 前記ダイアフラムが前記初期圧縮状態を超えて前記高圧室の側に変位することを規制する変位規制手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の圧力スイッチ。
