Claims (7)

1. Procédé de la fabrication d'une isolation contre l'incendie, dans lequel une masse isolante est noyée dans une ossature porteuse en fibres minérales à pores ouverts, cette masse changeant sa structure endothermiquement avant que la température atteint le maximum admissible, caractérisé en ce qu'on déchire de la laine minérale en flocons, ensuite on mélange ces flocons avec de la masse isolante en fusion, après quoi le mélange obtenu est comprimé en éléments de forme qui se solidifient en refroidissant.
2. Procédé de la fabrication d'une isolation contre l'incendie, dans lequel une masse isolante est noyée dans une ossature porteuse en fibres minérales à pores ouverts, cette masse changeant sa structure endothermiquement avant que la température atteint le maximum admissible, caractérisé en ce qu'on déchire de la laine minérale en flocons, ensuite on mélange ces flocons, sous admission de chaleur, avec de la masse isolante de consistance granuleuse à pulvérisée, après quoi le mélange pulpeux obtenu ainsi est comprimé en éléments de forme qui se solidifient en refroidissant.
3. Procédé de la fabrication d'une isolation contre l'incendie, dans lequel une masse isolante est noyée dans une ossature porteuse en fibres minérales à pores ouverts, cette masse changeant sa structure endothermiquement avant que la température atteint le maximum admissible, caractérisé en ce qu'on déchire de la laine minérale en flocons, ensuite on mélange ces flocons avec de la masse isolante de consistance granuleuse à pulvérisée et avec une colle, après quoi le mélange obtenu est façonné en éléments de forme.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la masse isolante est un sel hydraté à haute concentration d'eau de cristallisation et que la colle est une colle largement et de préférence complètement anhydre.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la colle est une résine époxyde.
6. Isolation contre l'incendie, fabriquée selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'isolation contre l'incendie est recouverte, de toutes parts, d'un arrêt-vapeur consistant d'une feuille métallique, plastique ou de combinaison métallique/plastique.
7. Isolation contre l'incendie selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'arrêt-vapeur est une feuille métallique fixée, au moyen d'une colle de verre soluble, sur l'élément de forme consistant de la masse isolante et de l'ossature porteuse.
