Claims (5)

1. Elektromagnetisches Kugeleinspritzventil zum Einspritzen eines Fluids, insbesondere in Verbrennungsmotoren, mit einem Mantel (1), einem Kern (2), der im Innern des Mantels angeordnet ist, einer den Kern umgebenden Erregerspule (15), einer Fluidzufuhrleitung (7), einer Aussparung (11) zwischen einem Deckel (3) und dem Kern, in der eine Kugel (12) vorgesehen ist zum Verschließen mittels eines Sitzes (14) der Einspritzleitung (19) im Deckel, wobei diese Kugel von der Erregerspule gegen die Wirkung eines elastischen Systems (13) beaufschlagt wird, das vor dem Mittelteil angeordnet ist und dazu neigt, die Kugel gegen den Sitz zu drücken und wobei eine dünne Schicht aus nichtmagnetischem Metall zwischen dem Kern (2) und der Kugel (12) eingeschoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünne Schicht aus nichtmagnetischem Metall aus dem Niederschlag auf der zur Kugel gerichteten Fläche (28) einer massiven Scheibe (27) aus magnetischem Material besteht, die durch das elastische System (13) in Richtung zum Kern hin beaufschlagt wird, daß der Sitz (14), der aus nichtmagnetischem Material großer Härte besteht, eine kugelförmige Auflage (30) aufweist, die an die Abmessungen der Kugel (12) angepaßt ist und daß der Sitz stromabwärts der kugelförmigen Auflage eine Düse (31) aufnimmt, die die Fluiddurchflußleistung selbsttätig regelt, mit trichterförmigem Profil (32), das sich in Durchströmungsrichtung verjüngt.
2. Einspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (14) und die Düse (31) einstückig hergestelltsind.

Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß sich der Deckel (3) auf der Einspritzseite durch eine Nase (4) verlängert, dessen Temperatur konstant gehalten wird durch seitliche Versorgung (9) des Einspritzventils und durch einen Fluidkreislauf im Inneren einer ringförmigen Kammer (33), die zwischen der Zufuhrleitung (10) und der Einspritznase (4) vorgesehen ist.
4. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kugelförmige Auflage (30) des Sitzes (14) durch Kaltverformung erhalten ist.
5. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endbearbeitung der selbsttätig regelnde Düse (31) durch Kalibrieren-Kaltverformen erfolgt.
