Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zur Behandlung von Produkten, insbesondere eine Zentrifuge, mit einem zur Aufnahme der zu behandelnden Produkte geeigneten Korb (5), einer Wannenanordnung (1) um den Korb herum, und einem Deckel (10) in Form eines Kegelstumpfes, dessen Spitze entgegengesetzt zur Wannenanordnung angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (10) in Form einer am zur Wannenanordnung (1) entgegengesetzten Ende offenen Düse ausgebildet ist, die so dimensioniert ist, daß im Fall einer Explosion im Inneren der Wannenanordnung die Druckwelle frei durch besagte Düse laufen und austreten kann, ohne einen lokalen Überdruck zu erzeugen, der die Wände der Maschine oder der Zubehörteile beschädigen könnte, und ohne Risiko für das Personal.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, mit einem im wesentlichen zur Öffnung des Deckels koaxialen inneren Korb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vom Deckel (10) gebildete Öffnungsquerschnitt der Düse im wesentlichen gleich dem des oberen Ausganges des Korbes (5) ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, von der zum Arbeiten im geschlossenen Zustand der Dichtheit vorgesehenen Gattung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein über der Weg einer eventuellen Druckwelle angeordnetes Diaphragma (23) zwischen der Wannenanordnung (1) und dem oberen Ausgang der durch den Deckel (10) gebildeten Düse umfasst.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihr Deckel (10) sich durch Schwenken um eine parallel zur Achse der Wannenanordnung (1), jedoch seitlich gegenüber dieser verschobenen Achse (Wellenstumpf 16) öffnen lässt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, mit einer zwischen dem Deckel und der Wannenanordnung vorgesehenen Dichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (10) schwenkbar um eine senkrecht zur Achse der Wannenanordnung (1) angeordnete seitliche Achse (14) an einer Trägerplatte (15) angebracht ist, die wiederum schwenkbar um die parallel zur Achse der Wannenanordnung angeordnete und seitlich verschobene Achse (Wellenstumpf 16) angebracht ist, derart, dass es möglich ist, den Deckel (10) leicht von seiner Dichtung (9) abzuheben, bevor er seitlich geschwenkt wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der der Deckel mit einem Austrittskanal über einen deformierbaren Ärmel verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Ärmel (11) die Drehung des Deckels (10) um etwa 180° um die parallel zur Achse der Wannenanordnung (1) angeordnete, jedoch seitlich dazu verschobene Achse (Wellenstumpf 16) erlaubt.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deformierbare Ärmel (11) nach bekannter Art mit einer Faltenwand, wie bei einem Akkordeon versehen ist.
