Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Halterung für Stellbretter für die Schüttung von Beton für Decken an Bauten.The invention relates to a holder for adjusting boards for the pouring of concrete for ceilings in buildings.

Bei der Herstellung von Böden oder Decken aus Beton wird nach Erstellung der senkrechten z. B. aus einem Mauerwerk bestehenden Wand eine waagerechte Schalung aus Holzbrettern verwendet, auf welche nach Einbringen von Bewehrungen der Beton geschüttet wird. Vor dem Aufschütten werden an den senkrechten Wänden sog. Stellbretter aufgesetzt, um als seitliche Begrenzung für die Betondecke zu dienen. Das Stellbrett muß in seiner Lage und in seiner senkrechten Stellung genau angeordnet sein. Zum Befestigen wurden bisher Drahtstücke verwendet, welche oben und unten an dem Stellbrett durch ein Loch hindurchgeführt und dann z. B. an der Bewehrung der herzustellenden Decke oder des Bodens befestigt werden. Für das Festlegen des Stellbrettes in der gewünschten Lage ist es erforderlich, eine Mehrzahl solcher Drahtstücke längs der Länge des Stellbrettes vorzusehen ; der Abstand der einzelnen Drahtstücke hängt von der Höhe der aufzuschüttenden Betonmasse und von der Länge der Decke, des Bodens od. dgl. ab. Dann wird der Beton bis zu einer gewünschten Höhe aufgegossen und aufgeschüttet, anschließend wird der Haltedraht durchgetrennt und das Stellbrett entfernt. Das Stellbrett dient zum einen als Begrenzung für den geschütteten Beton, es kann jedoch auch als ein späteres Bauelement im Bauwerk verbleiben, nämlich wenn es aus einem wärme- oder schalldämmenden Material hergestellt worden ist. Hierzu bietet sich ein Stellbrett aus Holzfasern oder Holzspänen in Zement an ; derartiges Material ist in Plattenform auf dem Markt erhältlich. Die bisher verwendeten Befestigungsmittel für Stellbretter haben jedoch den späteren Verbleib eines schalldämmenden Stellbrettes im Bauwerk ausgeschlossen.In the manufacture of floors or ceilings made of concrete, after creating the vertical z.
