Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for moving joint sealing strips between floor-wall, wall-wall, wall-ceiling and ceiling-wall components made of concrete according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- connection reinforcements which are arranged to run vertically upwards from the floor slab, before the floor slab is built. They are often drilled through and attached to the starter bars with wires and wood to keep them from snapping or bending during the pouring process. Will the Joint sealing tapes only attached when the floor slab has been created, but the concrete has not yet hardened, this in turn results in complicated operations to introduce the joint sealing tapes into the concrete mass, which is still soft before the concrete begins to harden. When casting the second substructure, these can buckle again and thus no longer provide a seal. The same problem arises with the waterstops. There is currently no safe way to secure these in the middle of the wall and vertically.
- An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device that allows the displacement of joint sealing strips or metal waterstops before the construction of the floor or ceiling panels with little effort and guarantees vertical standing and the arrangement of the center of the wall.
- a further task is that it can be ensured that the joint tape remains in this predetermined position, i.e. perpendicular to the ceiling or floor slab and partially engaging in it, even after the liquid concrete has been poured into the floor slab, ceiling and later the wall or ceiling Partial structures comes to stand or remains there without the risk of buckling or bending of the part standing vertically out of the concrete.
- a further object of the invention is to make the device usable both for flexible joint sealing strips and for those made of sheet metal.
- An elongated joint tape holder basket which is preferably prefabricated from several sections, can be placed on the reinforcement of the floor or ceiling panel or in the wall. A part that protrudes beyond the bottom of the cage and forms the receiving area for the joint tape enables precise positioning on a rebar laid lengthwise.
- the joint tape storage basket can be fastened with iron ties, for example.
- the joint sealing strip or sheet metal strip can then be easily and quickly inserted in the exact desired position by a single person. It is not displaced from its predetermined position while the liquid concrete is being poured.
- the joint sealing tape or sheet is held laterally by the basket walls and it is enclosed on both sides by the liquid concrete. Any air influences that may be present can be released during the vibration of the concrete without the belt being able to move out of its specified position, neither laterally nor upwards.
- the vertical expansion of the part projecting downwards over the joint tape holder enables the joint tape to penetrate deeply and precisely into the first part of the building (floor slab, ceiling or wall).
- the basket-shaped device can also be produced from a different material in a cost-effective manner by means of steel rods, expanded metal, perforated metal sheets, nets or the like which are welded to one another or otherwise connected.
- the individual baskets which can be lined up end to end, are easy to carry and move by the construction worker without the help of a crane.
- figure 1 which shows the transition from a floor or ceiling panel 1 to a wall 3 to be built on this, is the floor/ceiling panel 1 to be cast later already drawn in, with a front formwork 5 being visible.
- the wall 3 to be cast after the floor/ceiling panel has hardened is also shown in the drawing.
- the section of the floor/ceiling slab 1 at least a part of the longitudinal reinforcement and reinforcing rods 7 and the transverse reinforcing rods 9, which are essentially at right angles to one another, are shown.
- connection irons 11,13 are also shown, which are L-shaped and connected to the reinforcing irons 7 and 9 in the floor/ceiling plate 1 and protrude vertically beyond the surface 15 of the floor/ceiling plate 1 .
- the connection irons 11,13 are used to create an optimal non-positive and positive connection between the two substructures floor or ceiling with the wall. Consequently, the connection irons 11, 13 already project beyond the finished floor/ceiling slab 1 at the point in time before the wall 3 is created.
- the construction of the wall 3 can only be tackled after the floor/ceiling panel 1 has at least partially cured.
- the reinforcement and the formwork for the wall 3 are then created for the time being.
- a connection is made between the surface 15 of the floor/ceiling slab and the wall under construction.
- the connection area is therefore at an im Essentially already hardened surface 15 and the liquid concrete. In the worst case, nests with air pockets can form in this area if all air pockets are not optimally removed with a vibrator. Even a non-optimal connection of the two concreting stages or the slightest cavities between the surface 15 of the floor and the lower area of the wall 3 allow water to enter and pass through from outside the building into the interior.
- connection area can only be reliably interrupted by a joint sealing strip 19 .
- a joint tape holder 21 which extends along the entire wall 3, is placed on the reinforcing bars 7.9 of the base plate 1 and connected to them.
- the placement of the joint tape holder 21 takes place at the time before the floor/ceiling plate 1 is poured, ie preferably together with or after the laying of the reinforcing rods 7.9 for the floor or the ceiling.
- the downwardly protruding part 23c of the basket allows the storage basket to be placed without displacement on a longitudinally running reinforcing iron 7 and to be fastened there with iron ties.
- the joint tape recording basket 21, as in the Figures 5 and 6 shown in perspective includes a plurality of substantially M-shaped, vertical support elements 23, preferably made of steel wire (see 3 and 4 ).
- the carrier elements 23 are connected to one another at mutual distances by connecting rods 25 which run essentially horizontally.
- the two central legs 23a of the support elements 23 preferably run parallel or in a slightly V-shape and form an incision 33 open at the top.
- the connecting rods 25 are preferably attached to the outside of the central support elements 23a. This means that the joint sealing strips 19 can be pushed in from above along the central support elements 23a without any obstacles.
- the carrier elements 23b lying on the outside can likewise be arranged running parallel to one another or spread slightly downwards.
- connecting rods 25 are preferably also arranged in the area of the lower ends of the external support elements 23b.
- the lower ends 23c, which protrude beyond the connecting rods 25, are used to latch onto a longitudinally extending reinforcing bar and thus to obtain a stable position for fastening with iron ties when standing up.
- the ends of the support elements 23b lying on the outside which are on the bottom can be angled essentially horizontally outwards.
- the bent areas 23d are in figure 4 shown in dashed lines. They can be used to place the carrier elements 23 on the reinforcing iron 7.9 in the floor/ceiling plate and to fasten them there with iron ties. The detailed description of this embodiment follows the description of the Figures 15-18 .
- each section of storage baskets 21 is produced up to several meters in length.
- the individual sections should preferably have only one mass so that they can be carried by a construction worker and laid on top of the soil reinforcement.
- the individual sections are attached to the floor reinforcement 7.9 with iron ties.
- the lined up joint tape receiving baskets 21 can connected to the M-shaped, vertical support elements 23 at the ends with iron trusses and additionally prevent them from slipping against each other lengthwise.
- the joint sealing tape 19 unwound directly from a coil can be inserted from above between the two inner support elements 23a without any effort. It is not necessary to attach the joint sealing tape 19 to the joint tape holder 21 .
- the upper arches 23e on the M-shaped, vertical supporting elements 23 can be connected to one another with iron ties, as a result of which an even more secure positioning in the vertical of the joint sealing strips 19 or waterstops is achieved and the strip is prevented from floating.
- the curved upper connecting areas 23e between the inner support elements 23a and the outer support elements 23b allow the lower edge of the joint sealing strip 19 to be pushed into the joint sealing basket without snagging.
- the upper arches 23e protect the construction worker from injury when moving the joint sealing strips 19.
- joint sealing strips 19 between the two central support elements 23a also makes it possible to use joint sealing tapes 19 that do not require any vertical stiffening elements molded into or applied to them. As a result, both costs are saved and, in addition, the weight of the strips can also be reduced due to the lighter design of the joint sealing strips 19 . With these measures, ie cost savings on the joint tape 19, part of the additional costs for the joint tape holder basket 21 can be compensated. In addition, the time required for inserting the joint sealing strip 19 is significantly less and personnel costs can also be reduced as a result. The insertion of the joint sealing strips 19 can also be carried out safely by untrained unskilled workers, which means that further costs can be saved.
- the two support elements 23a extend further down beyond the outer holding elements 23b and thus form a holding basket that is higher in the vertical dimension.
- the deeper engagement of the lower area of the joint sealing strip 9 in the floor or ceiling panel 1 increases the labyrinth effect of the joint sealing strip 19 very significantly ( figures 15 and 15a ).
- the connection of the waterstop storage basket 21 in the The embodiment described above, on the reinforcement for the floor or ceiling panel 1, is carried out as in figure 16 shown.
- the end regions 23d which protrude laterally essentially horizontally from the central carrier element 23a, are placed on the reinforcing rods 7 located above (third or fourth reinforcement layer, figure 16 ) attached to the floor or ceiling panel 1 with iron ties.
- An additional connection between the support elements 23 and the reinforcement can, as in figure 17 shown, on horizontally extending reinforcing rods in the wall 3, take place.
- the reinforcement or the reinforcing bars 7 for the floor or ceiling panel 1 are shortened, i.e. they end at a greater distance from the front formwork ( figure 16 and figure 17 ).
- joint tape receiving basket 21 finds a joint tape receiving basket 21 according to the Figures 1 to 8 within the reinforcement for the wall 3 instead.
- the joint tape holder 21 is then connected exclusively to horizontally running reinforcing bars for the wall reinforcement.
- the joint sealing tape 19 half comes to lie in the crown of the wall 3 and half engages from below in the floor or ceiling panel 1 and the wall-wall connection ( figure 18 ).
- the insertion of the joint sealing tape 19 in the joint tape holder basket 21 attached to the reinforcement for the wall therefore takes place before the wall 3 is poured.
- insert body 31 is inserted.
- the insert bodies 31 have a substantially U-shape with a centrally arranged incision 33 open at the top and grooves 35 formed on the outer edges of the legs of the insert body 31.
- the width of the grooves 35 is dimensioned such that the insert body 31 can be slightly clamped and above can be inserted into the carrier elements 23 and held on them by static friction.
- the figure 9 shows two inserted inserts 31, with the insert 31 inserted at the bottom having the incision oriented upwards and the second inserted insert 31 the groove 34 is directed downwards in order to be able to receive and hold a metal strip 29 between the two insert bodies 31 .
- the sheet metal strip 29, which acts as a joint sealing strip, is arranged in this embodiment in the lower part of the support elements, here the insert body 31.
- a metal strip 29 can also be used, which extends over a greater height. From the figure 8 the arrangement of the device equipped with insert bodies 31 is shown.
- support elements 23 made of wire support elements 123 made of plastic or sheet metal.
- These comprise a U-shaped body with two legs 123a on the opposite inner sides of which keyhole-shaped incisions 125 or holes (not shown) are formed, which are dimensioned in such a way that connecting rods 25 are inserted into them or the legs 123 on parallel connecting rods 25 can be clicked.
- figure 14 shows a joint tape holding basket 121 which is made up of plastic carrier elements 123 held together by connecting rods 25 .

Description
The invention relates to a device for moving joint sealing strips between floor-wall, wall-wall, wall-ceiling and ceiling-wall components made of concrete according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Structures that are completely or partially embedded in the ground, such as basement rooms or underground car parks in residential and commercial buildings, must be protected against the ingress of water through the floors and walls arranged in the ground. The connection between a floor slab or ceiling and a wall placed on top of it after the floor slab or ceiling slab has been created, which is completely or partially immersed in the ground, is most at risk. The substructures created one after the other often have poor connections between floor-wall, wall-wall, wall-ceiling and ceiling-wall, which result, for example, from careless compaction of the liquid concrete mass during the creation of the substructures, so that air pockets remain in the connection area and penetration is prevented of water between floor and wall into the interior of the building.
It is known from the prior art to insert a sealing element in the form of a vertical metal sheet with a bituminous or special swelling coating or a vertically arranged joint sealing strip made of rubber or plastic in the transition area from the surface of the floor slab to the lower edge of the wall. Inserting or moving the sheet metal or the joint sealing tape, which must be vertical, is complicated, error-prone and does not guarantee that the tapes are vertical after the first substructure has been cast. The correct position of the hinges can no longer be checked afterwards. In particular, sealing tapes made of plastic do not run in one plane, since they are delivered wound up on a spool and this gives them a curvature that can lead to a wavy shape when moving on straight walls and bend after the second substructure has been concreted. Bands with a length of the extent of the wall to be built are therefore very expensive and difficult to handle, since they must be loosely attached to the connection reinforcements, which are arranged to run vertically upwards from the floor slab, before the floor slab is built.
An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device that allows the displacement of joint sealing strips or metal waterstops before the construction of the floor or ceiling panels with little effort and guarantees vertical standing and the arrangement of the center of the wall.
A further task is that it can be ensured that the joint tape remains in this predetermined position, i.e. perpendicular to the ceiling or floor slab and partially engaging in it, even after the liquid concrete has been poured into the floor slab, ceiling and later the wall or ceiling Partial structures comes to stand or remains there without the risk of buckling or bending of the part standing vertically out of the concrete. A further object of the invention is to make the device usable both for flexible joint sealing strips and for those made of sheet metal.
This object is achieved by a device according to the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous configurations of the device are described in the dependent claims.
An elongated joint tape holder basket, which is preferably prefabricated from several sections, can be placed on the reinforcement of the floor or ceiling panel or in the wall. A part that protrudes beyond the bottom of the cage and forms the receiving area for the joint tape enables precise positioning on a rebar laid lengthwise. The joint tape storage basket can be fastened with iron ties, for example. The joint sealing strip or sheet metal strip can then be easily and quickly inserted in the exact desired position by a single person. It is not displaced from its predetermined position while the liquid concrete is being poured.
The joint sealing tape or sheet is held laterally by the basket walls and it is enclosed on both sides by the liquid concrete. Any air influences that may be present can be released during the vibration of the concrete without the belt being able to move out of its specified position, neither laterally nor upwards.
The vertical expansion of the part projecting downwards over the joint tape holder enables the joint tape to penetrate deeply and precisely into the first part of the building (floor slab, ceiling or wall).
The basket-shaped device can also be produced from a different material in a cost-effective manner by means of steel rods, expanded metal, perforated metal sheets, nets or the like which are welded to one another or otherwise connected. The individual baskets, which can be lined up end to end, are easy to carry and move by the construction worker without the help of a crane.
By inserting inserts made of plastic with narrow parallel or slightly acute-angled incisions, relatively thin metal sheets with little inherent stability can be used to separate the joints with the same basket without having to adjust its width, without having to adjust its width.
In a further embodiment of the device, instead of the support elements made of wire for the construction of a joint tape holding basket, those made of plastic, which are U-shaped are trained. Incisions or holes are formed on their inner and/or outer surfaces, into which connecting rods can be inserted to connect the individual carrier elements made of plastic.

After moving the joint
The snag-free and simple insertion of the joint sealing strips 19 between the two
