Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ski attachment body with a fastening plate provided for adhesive fastening on the ski surface, with which it is releasably connected via an extension provided on the fastening plate, in that the shaft part extends through a receiving opening in the base plate of the ski attachment body and its head part engages over the base plate of the ski attachment body , wherein at least one recess extending from the receiving opening for the shaft part of the extension is present for the passage of the head part of the extension and a form-fitting anchoring can be produced and released when a relative rotary movement is carried out between the extension and the part anchored to it.
  • a ski attachment body is known from DE-C-2 516 194.
  • the shaft part of an extension which is permanently attached to the fastening plate extends through the base plate of the attachment body and the head part of the extension consisting of lateral extensions is under the pressure of a compressed elastic disc on the base plate to releasably hold it and thus the attachment body.
  • the elastic disc is arranged between the mounting plate and the attachment body.
  • an attachment body is also known in which, in contrast to the first two examples mentioned, the extension is attached to the attachment body in an inseparable manner and extends through an opening in the fastening plate in which it extends with the lateral extensions its head part is detachably anchored.
  • the elastic prestressing of the anchoring in the direction of the extension results instead of a rubber-elastic washer from disc springs, which is arranged between one end of the extension and the side of the base plate of the attachment body facing away from the fastening plate.
  • All these known attachment bodies with an extension which has a head part, which consists of lateral extensions of the shaft part, have in common that a special part, i.e. the rubber-elastic disc or the plate springs is provided in order to achieve an elasticity in the direction of the extension, by means of which the head part is anchored to the attachment body or the fastening plate.
  • a spacing or a cavity between the mounting plate and the bottom of the attachment body is required in these known attachment bodies, either to arrange the rubber-elastic disc or to provide the required shaft length of the extension engaging in the mounting plate.
  • the present invention has for its object to find an attachment body of the type mentioned, in which the bottom of the attachment body can rest directly on the surface of the mounting plate and in which a separate part for the production of an elastically locked anchoring is avoided.
  • the direct contact of the base of the attachment body with the fastening plate has, among other things, the advantage that with a transparent design of both the mounting plate and the attachment body and the use of a transparent adhesive connection of the mounting plate on the ski, the decoration or lettering usually applied to the ski surface remains clearly and almost distortion-free. This object is achieved on the basis of the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • a certain shape and / or dimensioning is a prerequisite for achieving sufficient elasticity depending on the cross-sectional shape of the shaft part of the extension and the opening penetrated by it.
  • the elastic force in the direction of rotation due to the elasticity must be so great that unintentional twisting while skiing is practically impossible and the attachment body can still be connected to and detached from the mounting plate without too much effort.
  • the specific shape mentioned can be achieved by differently arranged slots in the bottom of the attachment body, in the fastening plate and / or in the extension.
  • the slots can run straight and / or curved, start from the receiving opening of the extension, be arranged at a distance from it parallel to its circumference, etc., wherein the aesthetic design can also be taken into account.
  • the head part can be rotated into an optimal anchoring position by relative rotation between the part of the extension and the part having the receiving opening.
  • the attachment body can absorb the impact forces acting predominantly parallel to the ski surface on it.
  • the web parts There is also a certain elasti tity of the web parts also in the direction perpendicular to the mounting plate, through which forces acting in another direction can be absorbed, as it corresponds to the principle according to the invention according to DE-A-2 902 310.
  • the elasticity in this direction is used for the production of an elastic locking, and a distance between the fastening plate and the bottom of the attachment body is necessary for the spring movement.
  • the present invention can also be used if there is a distance between the fastening plate and the bottom of the attachment body. Such a distance can e.g. B. be desired if, in a manner known per se, an intermediate plate is to be arranged between the fastening plate and the bottom of the attachment body.
  • the slits 14, 16 enclosing the web part 12 between them extend from the bottom 6 or 8 into the side wall 18 of the attachment body, as a result of which the part of the web part 12 located in the bottom is resiliently movable in its longitudinal direction.
  • the head 30 of the extension 34 connecting the fastening plate 32 to the attachment body 10 is, viewed in a top view, rectangular, while the cross section of the shaft part 36 is square.
  • the receiving opening 2, 4 has approximately the same dimensions as the cross section of the shaft part 36, so that the shaft part can assume several positions in the receiving opening rotated by 90 °.
  • the locking position of the extension is shown in Fig. 3 by the broken line indicating the head 30. In this position, the head 30 protrudes laterally in the direction of the less elastic web parts 20, 24 and 26, 28 over the base plate 6 and 8 of the attachment body, so that there is a robust locking.
  • the insertion of the extension 34 fixedly attached to the fastening plate through the receiving opening 2 or 4 takes place in a position rotated by 90 ° thereto, since the head 30, which is wider in one direction, can thus be pressed more easily through the opening.
  • the bevelled upper edges (FIG. 2) of the head facilitate the necessary widening of the opening 2 or 4 in the direction of the web part 12 or the web parts 12 or 12 '.
  • the edges of the opening 2, 4 can also be chamfered. Establishing the connection and also releasing it by passing the head 30 through the opening 2 or 4 can be associated with a slight tilting movement.
  • Fig. 6 shows a similar to Fig. 4, for example ches embodiment.
  • the web parts 40, 42 only extend in the base plate 44 and do not have the task of having greater elasticity in their direction, since narrower web parts 46, 48 are provided for this in the direction perpendicular to them and can be bent out laterally.
  • the locking can therefore also take place in a position of the head 30 which is rotated by 90 ° in relation to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
  • the opening 50 is widened in the direction of the web parts 40, 42 by bending in the direction perpendicular to the base plate 44, as is known per se from DE-OS 2 902 310.
  • the base plate 62 of the attachment body has four circular-shaped web parts 64, 66, 68, 70, which are delimited on the one hand by arc-shaped slots 72, 74 and on the other hand by the receiving opening 76.
  • the receiving opening is essentially circular with two crescent-shaped recesses 78, 80 for the passage of correspondingly shaped parts of the head of the attachment body and with four smaller recesses 82, two of which are diametrically opposite recesses for the passage of two correspondingly shaped locking cams, which are located on the Outside of the shaft part of the extension, not shown.
  • the extension thus essentially has the cross-sectional shape of the receiving opening 76 and the length of its shaft part corresponds approximately to the thickness of the base plate 62.
  • the attachment body After the fastening plate has been fastened to the ski surface with such an extension, the attachment body is pushed onto the extension in a rotational position in which it is rotated by 90 ° to its position of use.
  • the crescent-shaped head parts of the extension pass through the cutouts 78, 80.
  • the crescent-shaped head parts of the extension After turning the attachment body by 90 ° to the right or left, the crescent-shaped head parts of the extension reach the position indicated by dashed lines via the web parts 64, 66, 68, 70 and the locking cams run by resilient bending of the web parts into the subsequent depression offset by 90 ° 82 of the receiving opening so that they form an anti-rotation device.
  • the size of the torque required to release the connection can be determined by the dimensioning of the web parts and / or the size and shape of the interlocking areas for a specific plastic material of the attachment body or the mounting plate.
  • Suitable plastic materials are, for example, polyamide and polycarbonate.
  • extension 8 to 10 show, in addition to FIG. 10, two further embodiments in which the extension has a particularly large diameter in relation to its length and has an approximately circular shape.
  • the large cross-section of the extension forms a window-like surface through which, when using a transparent plastic material, the decoration or lettering of the ski surface remains visible when using a transparent adhesive connection.
  • FIGS. 8 and 9 there are two web parts 98, 100 which result from the area of the base plate 102 of the attachment body 104 which is located between the receiving opening 106 and the edge of the base plate.
  • Fig. Shows a sectional view of the extension seen from its underside. Below numerous head parts 108 there is in each case a small curved cam 110 on the circumference of the shaft part of the extension, which is intended for engagement after rotation in a correspondingly shaped recess 112 on the inner wall of the receiving opening 106.
  • the head parts 108 pass through the cutouts 116 in the receiving opening 106 and the cams 110 enter them.
  • the web parts 98, 100 expand sufficiently due to the elasticity of the plastic material of the attachment body in order to allow the cams 110 to snap into the recesses 112 out of the recesses 116.
  • Two additional web parts 113, 115 formed by a slot 111 can be provided to increase the elasticity when the receiving opening 106 is widened.
  • the receiving opening 118 of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 10 has a form-fitting manner in a shank part which is correspondingly shaped in cross section and which is indicated by dashed lines 120. Since the shaft part deviates from the circular shape, there is a deflection of the web parts 122, 124 formed by slots 121, 123 in the event of relative rotation.
  • the extension has two head parts, which can be passed through cutouts 126, 128 and, after the attachment body has been rotated, reach the position indicated by broken lines 130 above the web parts 122, 124. Since the web parts can also be bent perpendicular to the base plate 122, the connection is particularly highly elastic in this direction, so that the attachment body practically does not stiffen the fastening plate.
  • 11 to 15 show three exemplary embodiments in which the attachment body is slit open from below transversely to the longitudinal direction of the ski, the slot 180, 182, 184 extending into and up into the side walls 186 of the attachment body, as already per se in FIGS Fig. And 4 is shown.
  • the slot gives rise to web parts 188, 190, 192, 194 and 196, 198, which can be rebounded apart in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
  • the spring force can be determined by the length of the slit part which does not extend into the side walls or is visible in FIG. 2.
  • the slot cuts the receptacle Opening and receiving opening 200, 202, 204 for the shaft part 206, 208, 210 and head part of the extension of the fastening plate.
  • the head part 212, 214, 216 of the extensions of the three exemplary embodiments is indicated in FIGS. 11, 12 and 14 by dashed lines in the locking position.
  • the cross-sectional position of the square shaft part 208, 210 of the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 13 and 14 with side surfaces 218, 220 running obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the ski is particularly advantageous for securing against undesired rotation of the attachment body by accidental asymmetrical impacts in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
  • the slot 184 is particularly wide, at least corresponding to twice the thickness of a ski in its thinnest area, so that the attachment body can be used as a clamp for holding a pair of skis together by pushing them on to the side.
  • the web parts are moved elastically both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the attachment body or ski when the extension is rotated relative to the plate which it penetrates.
  • the movement results from the non-circular cross-sectional shape and the resulting spreading effect when twisted.
  • the corner regions of the square cross section of the shaft parts 206, 208, 210 of the examples according to FIGS. 11 to 14 act like spreading or eccentric cams.
  • FIG. 15 shows an exemplary embodiment with two extensions 222, 224, the head part 226 of which, shown by broken lines, engages over a lateral extension 228, 230 of the web parts 232, 234.
  • the slot 236 between the two web parts extends upward into the side walls 238, 240 of the attachment body, so that the web parts can be moved in a scissor-like manner parallel to one another against a spring force in order to detach the attachment body from the extensions of the fastening plate covered in the illustration.
  • the release movement can thus be carried out manually by scissors-like displacement of the web parts 232, 234 relative to one another, but also by rotating the attachment body relative to the fastening plate, so that the lateral extensions 228, 230 are moved towards one another. Due to the shape of the head parts 226 of the extensions, which are bevelled in supervision, they can then be moved past the side extensions 228, 230.
