Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing insulated plaster facades using hard foam panels to which a mortar plaster layer is applied with the interposition of a fabric.
External walls are increasingly being clad with insulation layers, which are then plastered, if not double-skinned. In order to prevent the plaster layer from tearing at the joints of the rigid foam panels, a fabric is introduced into the plaster layer that bridges these joints. To give the plaster layer sufficient adhesion to the rigid foam boards, this relatively high K are added unststoffantei- le. However, this high proportion of plastic in the plaster layer has the disadvantage that the plaster layer greatly impedes the passage of water vapor. That is inevitable in the border area between the rigid foam panels and the plaster layer condensed water penetrating through moist air (water vapor diffusion) cannot diffuse through the plaster layer due to this barrier effect of the plastic. In the event of frost, the plaster layer is pressed off the hard foam panels, which leads to damage to the plaster facade.
As DE-OS 25 16 916 shows, attempts have therefore already been made to keep the plastic content in the mortar small. In order to achieve a sufficient bond between the rigid foam panels and the plaster layer, rigid foam panels are used, which are provided with grooves on the outer surface. The mortar with a plastic content of less than 5% by weight penetrates into these grooves and is held in it since the rigid foam panels still have a shrinkage of at least 1 mm / m at the time of application.
This process for producing insulated plaster facades is not clear, as the degree of shrinkage of the hard foam panels at the place of use is difficult to control. If the required degree of post-shrinkage of the rigid foam panels is missing, then the connection between the rigid foam panels and the low-plastic plaster layer is insufficient.
The adhesion between the H artschaumplatten and the plaster layer can be improved if using distributed over the outer surface of punctiform securing elements a tissue at a distance of preferably 1 to 2 mm from the outer surface of the H artschaumplatten is attached. This can further reduce the amount of plastic in the plaster layer. However, grooved rigid foam panels with a minimum shrinkage are still required to ensure that the plaster layer is adequately held on the To ensure rigid foam panels. The fabric can already be attached to the outer surface of the rigid foam panels in the manufacturing plant. However, the fabric must protrude at the edges of the rigid foam panels in order to cover the joints of the rigid foam panels in the installed bandage. The uncertainty of the post-shrinkage of the rigid foam panels is also fully retained in this development of the method for producing insulated plaster facades, as disclosed in DE-OS 28 50 861. The adhesion between the rigid foam panels and the plastic-poor plaster layer is also not clearly foreseeable if rigid foam panels are used, the post-shrinkage dimension of which is not the minimum.
It is an object of the invention to provide a method for producing insulated plaster facades of the type mentioned at the outset, in which clear adhesion can be achieved between the rigid foam boards and the plaster layer even with a plastic-free plaster layer, and rigid foam boards are used without a special surface design and defined post-shrinkage can.
This is achieved according to the invention in that deposited, low-shrinkage or -resistant polystyrene hard foam sheets are used, that a thin adhesive layer with coarse-grained filler is applied to the outer surface of the polystyrene hard foam sheet, that the fabric is placed on the adhesive layer and applied with the Mortar is plastered in and that the mortar is applied without plastic as a hand and / or machine plaster and is connected through the fabric to the adhesion promoter layer.
The thin, flat adhesive layer ensures a clear, large-area connection with the applied plastic-free plaster layer. The filler in the adhesive layer creates spacer elements which, when the plaster layer is applied, keep the interposed tissue at a distance from the outer surface of the adhesive foam plates provided with the adhesive layer. When the plaster layer is applied, the mortar is therefore connected to the adhesive layer over a large area through the mesh of the fabric. The hard foam panels no longer need to have a defined post-shrinkage in order to achieve an adequate connection between the plaster layer and the hard foam panels. The choice of the adhesion promoter layer alone allows an adequate connection to be achieved between the rigid foam panels and the plaster layer. The plaster layer can be applied as a normal hand and / or machine plaster. The thin adhesive layer does not constitute a water vapor barrier worth mentioning, so that there is no fear of damage to the insulated plaster facade produced in this way. After a given storage time, the rigid foam panels no longer shrink or shrink less than 1 mm / m, so that. they can easily be used when delivered to the place of use. Man then speaks of low-shrinkage or low-shrinkage rigid foam sheets which are particularly suitable for the method according to the invention.
In order to define the distance between the fabric and the outer surface of the rigid foam panels provided with the adhesive layer, a further embodiment of the method according to the invention provides that the adhesive layer is applied with a stronger rib or lattice structure projecting outwards.
After attaching the foam board to the wall is on the aftvermittlerschicht with the H provided exterior shell surface of the fabric. The fabric can be attached as a sheet over the facade and plastered with the plaster layer.
- a) cement, sand and an adhesive additive and / or binder additive,
- b) cement / hard foam particles and an adhesive additive and / or binder additive,
- c) cement, sawdust and an adhesive additive and / or binder additive.
Other mineral substances can also be used as coarse-grained fillers.
The manufacture of the insulated plaster facade is simplified according to a further development in that the adhesion promoter layer is applied to the outer surface of the same before the polystyrene rigid foam panels are attached, preferably in the manufacturer's facility. At the construction site, only the pre-treated rigid foam panels need to be attached to the wall and the plaster layer applied with the fabric interposed.
The water vapor barrier by the adhesion promoter layer is according to one embodiment then negligible, if it is provided that the H aftvermittlerschicht in a thickness of about 0.5 to 5 mm, preferably 0.5 applied to 2 mm and in that one in the adhesion promoter layer coarse-grained additives with Thickness up to 5 mm, preferably from 1 to 2 mm can be used.
Sufficiently good embedding of the tissue in the plaster layer can be achieved by applying the rib or lattice structure of the adhesion promoter layer with a thickness of approximately 3 to 10 mm, preferably 3 to 6 mm.
So that the mortar of the plaster layer can easily connect to the adhesive layer through the fabric, according to one embodiment it is provided that a glass fiber fabric, preferably with a mesh size of approximately 8 to 12 mm, is used as the fabric. The mesh size of the glass fiber fabric should not change when the plaster layer is applied. This can be avoided by using a finished glass fiber fabric.
According to one embodiment, the adhesion promoter layer is foamed onto the outer surface of the polystyrene rigid foam sheets, preferably with open pores. This foamed adhesion promoter layer offers an excellent surface for the subsequent applied plaster layer.
However, the adhesion promoter layer can also consist of a cement / mortar / adhesive mixture which is stirred until foamy. The adhesion promoter layer made of this mixture is applied in the structure described by corresponding application methods known per se. These thus applied primer layer provides an excellent H aftuntergrund for the plaster layer.
