Abstract

Zur Entwicklung von Ladungsbildern auf fotoelektri­ schen Trägern wird ein Entwicklergemisch verwendet, das aus Trägerteilchen und Tonerpartikel besteht. Um ein zu starkes altern dieses Entwicklergemisches zu verhindern, wird der Entwicklerstation (10) ständig frischer Entwickler zugeführt und ständig in gleicher Menge gebrauchter Ent­ wickler abgeführt. Die Menge des Entwicklers, die der Ent­ wicklerstation (10) zugeführt bzw. aus dieser entfernt wird, wird mit Hilfe von Dosiereinrichtungen (26, 30) festgelegt. Diese können aus einem Drehkörper mit einer Bohrung be­ stehen. Die Bohrung wird mit Entwickler gefüllt, nach Dre­ hung des Körpers um 180° wiederum entleert. Die Dreh­ geschwindigkeit des Drehkörpers und Größe der Bohrung bestimmen die Entwicklermenge, die der Entwicklerstation (10) zugeführt bzw. aus dieser entnommen wird.
