Claims (16)

1. Verfahren zur Befestigung durch Verkleben eines biegsamen und undurchlässigen Materiales (7, 7') auf einem Lampenschirmgestell, gebildet aus mindestens einem unteren Ring (8) und einem oberen Ring (9), die durch Stützstreben (10) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Perforationen (14, 17, 17', 26, 40, 41) in dem genannten biegsamen und undurchlässigen Material (7, 7') in Zonen entsprechend Abschnitten dieses Materiales (7, 7'), die auf den Ringen (8, 9) des Gestelles zu befestigen sind, erzeugt und daß man auf der Außenseite dieses auf dem Gestell gespannten Materiales (7, 7') einen Leim aufträgt, der durch Kapillarität durch die zuvor gebildeten Perforationen (14, 17, 17', 26, 40, 41) hindurchwirkt, um das biegsame und undurchlässige Material (7, 7') auf jedem Ring (8, 9) des Gestelles zu befestigen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das biegsame und undurchlässige Material (7) auf dem Lampenschirmgestell in Form gebracht und gespannt wird, bevor Perforationen (14, 17, 17', 26) erzeugt werden und daß man die genannten Perforationen in dem gespannten Material (7) erzeugt, indem man den Ringen (8, 9) des Gestelles folgt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das biegsame und undurchlässige Material (7') vor seiner Formung und Spannung auf dem Lampenschirmgestell perforiert wird, wobei die Perforationszonen (40, 41) den Abschnitten entsprechen, die im Augenblick der Spannung des Materiales (7') mit den Ringen (8, 9) des Gestelles in Kontakt oder in Nachbarschaft kommen.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationen (40, 41) zu gleicher Zeit wie das Zuschneiden der Zuschnitte des biegsamen und undurchlässigen Materiales (7') entsprechend der Gesamtheit oder eines Teiles des Lampenschirmes erzeugt werden.

Vorrichtung für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch ein Werkzeug (1, 1', 35) oder ein mit einem Motor (18, 18') versehenes Gerät gebildet ist und mit Mitteln (6, 6', 6", 23, 25, 32, 33, 38, 39) für die Erzeugung aneinander angenäherter Perforationen in Zonen des biegsamen und undurchlässigen Materiales (7, 7') entsprechend den durch Verkleben auf den Ringen (8, 9) des Lampenschirmgestelles zu befestigenden Materialabschnitten versehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Werkzeug (1, 1') mit einem Griffstiel (2) gebildet ist, der mit einem eine Achse (5) tragenden Abschnitt (4) verbunden ist, auf der frei drehbar ein Rad (6, 6', 6") gelagert ist, das an seinem Umfang mit Mitteln zur Erzeugung von Perforationen (14, 17, 17') in dem biegsamen und undurchlässigen Material versehen ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (1) mit einem verzahnten Rad (6) für die Erzeugung von Perforationen (14) versehen ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (1') mit einem Rad (6') versehen ist, das an seinem Umfang zwei Reihen von radial abstehenden Nadeln (15) aufweist.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (1') ein Rad (6") aufweist, das ein einzige Reihe von Nadeln (15') sowie eine Führungsschulter (16) hat.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt (4) des Werkzeuges (1, 1'), der die Achse (5) trägt, auf der das Rad (6, 6',6") gelagert ist, gabelförmig ist, wobei die Enden der Gabelarme abgerundet sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem tragbaren Gerät mit einem Motor (18) gebildet ist, mit dem ein Support (21) rotierend antreibbar ist, an dessen Umfang frei drehbar auf ihren Achsen (22) eine Reihe von verzahnten oder mit Nadeln versehenen Rädern (23) gelargert sind.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf der Seite der Reihe von Rädern (23), die dem als einen ersten Handgriff dienenden Motor (18) entgegengesetzt liegt, eine Kugel (24), die als zweiter Handgriff dient, aufweist.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch ein tragbares Gerät mit einem Motor (18') gebildet ist, mit dem ein Schraubenrad (25) mit Mehrfachgewinde rotierend antreibbar ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei um eine Achse (29) schwenkbare Arme (27, 28) aufweist, die jeder ein frei drehbar gelagertes verzahntes Rad (32, 33) tragen, die unter Druckausübung auf dem Lampenschirm abstützbar sind, wobei die Perforation des biegsamen und undurchlässigen Materiales (7) längs der Ringe (8, 9) des Gestelles durch die Drehung des Lampenschirmes um seine Längsachse (34) erfolgt, die parallel zur Schwenkachse (29) der genannten Arme (27, 28) angeordnet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer für das Zuschneiden von Materialzuschnitten (7') entsprechend der Gesamtheit oder eines Abschnittes eines Lampenschirmes bekannten Stanzer (35) gebildet ist, die mit Nadeln (38, 39) versehene Elemente (36, 37) aufweist, die die Perforationen (40, 41) zeitgleich mit dem Zuschneiden des Materialzuschnittes (7') erzeugen.

Lampenschirm, gebildet aus einem biegsamen und undurchlässigen Material (7, 7') und einem Gestell aus mindestens einem unteren Ring (8) und einem oberen Ring (9), die durch Stützstreben (10) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er, was die Befestigung durch Verkleben des Materiales (7, 6') auf den genannten Ringen (8, 9) betrifft, durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4 hergestellt ist.
