Abstract
Eine Ringkolbenmaschine weist einen mit einer in einem Gehäuse drehbar gelagerten Welle drehfest verbundenen verzahnten Rotor und einen Ringkolben auf, dessen Zähne zahl um einen Zahn größer ist als die des Rotors, so daß zwischen den Zähnen Verdrängungskammern gebildet sind. Weiterhin sind Zu- und Abflußkanäle in dem Gehäuse oder der Welle, Stirnscheiben und mindestens eine mit Einlaßund Auslaßsteueröffnungen versehene, an dem Rotor und dem Ringkolben seitlich anliegende Steuerscheibe und ein auf sei ner Innenseite Vorsprünge aufweisender Gehäusering vorge sehen, dessen Mittellinie mit der Mittelachse des Rotors zusammenfällt und auf dessen Innenseite der von diesem mit Spiel eingefaßte und auf seiner Außenseite mit den Vor sprüngen entsprechenden Ausnehmungen versehene Ring kolben derart abrollt, daß dessen Mittelachse eine Kreisbe wegung um die feststehende Mittelachse des Rotors beschreibt. Um den Wirkungsgrad der Ringkolbenmaschine zu erhöhen und um zur Verringerung des Verschleißes zwi schen Rotor und Ringkolben die Abstützkraft zwischen Rotor und Ringkolben in dem nicht der Momentübertragung die nenden Gleitbereich zu verringern, sind die Vorsprünge des Gehäuserings und die Ausnehmungen des Ringkolbens durch Evolventen- oder Zykloidenverzahnungen gebildet und der Eingriffspunkt zwischen der Außenverzahnung des Ring kolbens und der Verzahnung des Gehäuserings und der Momentübertragungspunkt zwischen dem verzahnten Rotor und dem Ringkolben sind in den Bereich einer die Saug- und Druckräume trennenden Durchmesserlinie verlagert.
