Abstract
Die Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach Figur 1 weist zwei im Außeneingriff kämmende Zahnräder (14, 15) auf, die in einer Gehäuseausnehmung (13) mit radialem Spiel angeordnet sind. Das Gehäusemittelteil (10) wird vor der endgültigen Montage der Maschine durch ein Federele ment (34) derart verschoben, daß die niederdruckseitigen Dichtbereiche (B, C) an die Stirnseiten der Zahnräder zum Anliegen kommen. Dazu ist ein radiales Spiel (b) zwischen den Wellenzapfen der Zahnräder und den sie aufnehmenden Gehäusebohrungen (21 bis 24) vorgesehen. Vor dem Beginn des Gehäuseeinlaufs wird die Maschine fest verschraubt. Dann wird von der Hochdruckseite (38) her Druckmittel zugeführt, und die Zahnräder werden in Rotation versetzt. Durch die hydraulische Kraft von der Hochdruckseite her dringen sie etwas in die niederdruckseitigen Dichtbereiche (B, C) ein. Dies wird als Gehäuseeinlauf bezeichnet, der nach einiger Zeit beendet wird, und eine gute Dichtheit von der Nieder- zur Hochdruckseite entlang des Außenumfangs der Zahnräder gewährleistet.
