Claims (8)

1. Dispositif destiné à écarter les bords des orifices de remplissage de sacs réunis en bande réalisés à partir de matière en feuille ou d'éléments analogues, composé de deux courroies de déplacement (9) entre lesquelles les sacs sont guidés par les bords de leur ouverture, ces courroies étant guidées chacune autour d'au moins un galet de compensation (10) mobile dans le sens de déplacement des sacs, ce dispositif comprenant aussi un moyen d'écartement qui s'engage avec les bords de l'ouverture et qui comprend deux éléments souples fixés chacun par une extrémité et mobiles vers l'extérieur à leur autre extrémité pour saisir, en coopération avec les courroies transporteuses correspondantes, les bords de l'orifice de chaque sac et les déplacer de l'extérieur afin de faire bailler une ouverture de remplissage à l'aide de moyens de manoeuvre, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus d'au moins un des bords de l'orifice de remplissage (24), une pièce (23) est montée tournante autour d'un axe substantiellement parallèle au sens de déplacement des sacs et entraînée en rotation dans le sens contraire au sens de remplissage.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la pièce tournante (23) est un galet à surface de révolution.
3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus de l'ouverture de remplissage (24) se trouve une trémie de remplissage (27) adaptée au profil en section droite de cette ouverture, une bande transporteuse (29) se raccordant à cette trémie, perpendiculairement au sens de déplacement des sacs.
4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3 caractérisé en ce que le galet (23) a un profil concave de révolution dont le contour est adapté à celui de l'ouverture de remplissage (24) et à celui de la trémie (27) qui s'y raccorde.

Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le profil du galet (23) est en alignement ou saillant vers l'intérieur de la trémie (27) par rapport à la paroi (28) de celle-ci, cette paroi étant substantiellement verticale et se trouvant au-dessus des bords de l'ouverture de remplissage (24).

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3, 4 caractérisé en ce qu'entre le galet (23) et la bande transporteuse (29) est disposée une plaque de recouvrement (31), qui d'une part est fixée à la trémie (27) et qui, d'autre part, recouvre partiellement le galet (23) en épousant son profil.
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la surface du galet (23) est en caoutchouc, en matière plastique, ou munie de poils alignés de manière dense.
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que la surface du galet (23) est munie de rainures périphériques de révolution.
