Abstract

The present invention relates to a flexible package for storing and dispensing liquid or pasty matters, of the type made by moulding a plastics material and comprising a tube extended by an endpiece, the joining portion of these two parts being such as to allow the complete expulsion of the product, wherein the joining portion is deformed irreversibly under the action exerted thereon by the user.

A flexible package manufactured by pressurised injection of a plastics material comprising a tube (3) the bottom of which is flattened and closed by a weld zon (3b) and the top of which is extended by a nozzle (4) and which, through its deformation, allows complete expulsion of its liquid or pasty contents, characterised in that the junction between the tube (3) and the nozzle (4) is in the form of a neck (5) having two inverse curvatures, and in that the thickness of the wall of this neck (5) decreases from the nozzle (4) in the direction of the tube (3), which allows the irreversible deformation of the tube (3) and of the neck (5) by passing through a position of unstable equilibrium.
2. A flexible package according to claim 1, characterised in that the thickness of the wall of the neck (5) decreases from 0.7 mm at the level of the nozzle (4) to 0.4 mm at its junction with the tube (3), the two radii of connection of the said neck (5) with these two elements being respectively 25mm and 12 mm, whilst the plastics material used has a volumetric weight such that blistering of the neck (5) is possible.
