Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von flüssigem Klebstoff mit einer Kombination aus einer Vielzahl von in dichtem Abstand liegenden Düsen mit feiner Öffnung, die in einer sich senkrecht zu einem vorherbestimmten Bereich erstreckenden Ebene angeordnet sind, aus einer Pumpeinrichtung (3) zur gleichzeitigen Versorgung der Düsen mit dem flüssigen Klebstoff, aus einer Einrichtung zum Ziehen einer Bahn (5) aus zu beschichtendem Material in Längsrichtung durch den vorherbestimmten Bereich neben den Öffnungen (7') der Düsen, um gleichzeitig aus diesen eine entsprechende Vielzahl von in dichtem Abstand liegenden Perlen (2) aus Klebstoff auf die Bahn zu erhalten, die sich quer über die Bahn erstrecken, aus einem Kantenteil, das durch eine sich von der Ebene und der Bahn (5) in kurzem Abstand längs vor den Öffnungen (7') nach innen erstreckenden Ausnehmung (11) gebildet ist, und aus einer Einrichtung, um das Ziehen der Bahn (5) so auszurichten, daß der Klebstoff im spitzen Winkel (a) zu der Ebene gegen das Kantenteil abgeschert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichteinrichtung und der Winkel entsprechend der Anzahl und Feinheit der Öffnungen (7') eingestellt sind, damit die parallelen Perlen (2) aus dem Klebstoff zu einer kontinuierlichen, gleichmäßigen, vollen Beschichtung (C) verschmelzen, die sich quer über die Bahn erstreckt.
2. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Klebstoffs nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen in einem Gehäuse angeordnet sind, das kleine, in dichtem Abstand durch einen Teil des an der Querebene austretenden Gehäuses liegende Öffnungen (7') aufweist und daß das Kantenteil eine L-förmige Ausnehmung (11) in dem Bereich des Gehäuses in Längsrichtung über diese Ebene hinaus umfaßt, die sich nach innen im wesentlichen parallel zu den Öffnungen erstreckt.

Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Klebstoffs nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (7') der Düsen in der Ebene im wesentlichen in Berührung mit der Bahn (5) stehen, während diese im wesentlichen parallel zu der Ebene an ihr vorbeigezogen wird, wobei die Bahn danach in einem spitzen Winkel (a) aufwärts über das Kantenteil gezogen wird, um das Abscheren des Klebstoffs durchzuführen, das zum Verschmelzen der Klebstoffperlen (2) zu der kontinuierlichen Beschichtung (C) führt.

Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Klebstoffs nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (7') der Düsen in der Ebene außer Berührung mit der Bahn (5) stehen, wenn diese an ihr vorbeigezogen wird, wobei die Bahn in einem spitzen Winkel (a) zu dieser Ebene über das Kantenteil gezogen wird, um das Abscheren des Klebstoffs durchzuführen, das zum Verschmelzen der Klebstoffperlen (2) zu der Kontinuierlichen Beschichtung führt.

Vorrichtung zum A tragen eines flüssigen Klebstoffs nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zum Einstellen mindestens einer Bahnspannung gegen die Kante und den spitzen Winkel (A) vorgesehen ist, um das Verschmelzen der Klebstoffperlen (2) zu der gleichmäßigen Beschichtung (C) zu steuern.

Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Klebstoffs nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vielzahl von Düsenöffnungen (7') in zwei quer zueinander in Abstand angeordnete Gruppen aufgeteilt ist, um einem Raum auf der Bahn (5) zwischen den resultierenden Paaren von durch diese Gruppen erzeugten Klebstoffbeschichtungen zu begrenzen.

Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Klebstoffs nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahn Zigarettenfilterpapier umfaßt, und daß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, um dieses in Abschnitte zu schneiden und diese Abschnitte um aneinandergrenzende Zigarettenfilter (F, F') zu wickeln, wobei die Beschichtung eines jeden Paars von Beschichtungen an den Filtern haftet.
8. Verfahren zum Auftragen von flüssigem Klebstoff, bei dem an einem vorherbestimmten Bereich eine Vielzahl von in einer Reihe in dichtem Abstand liegender paralleler Perlen (2) eines solchen Klebstoffs quer über eine Bahn (5) abgelagert wird, während diese Bahn längs durch den Bereich gezogen wird, und die mit parallel liegenden Perlen beschichtete Bahn im spitzen Winkel (a) über eine Kante (11) gezogen wird unmittelbar außerhalb des Bereichs der Perlenablagerung, gekennzeichnet durch die Steuerung der Größe der Perlen (2) und des Ausmaßes der Abwärtslenkung relativ zur Ziehgeschwindigkeit der Bahn (5), um die Perlen an der Kante (11) abzuscheren und sie in eine gleichmäßige, kontinuierliche, voll haftende Beschichtung (C) quer über die Bahn zu verschmelzen.
